Rock Bottom.

I don’t feel sorry for Americans, they got what they deserved. Musk is crying asking dad Trump to help sell few cars because his net worth is dropping rapidly daily.

I’m waiting for real drop on Tesla shares so as to buy even more

The weight of expectations on this coach hmm God help him. I hope he wins his first game cos that’s the only thing Nigerians and the press remember; your first game. No matter how good you play subsequent matches once you lose or draw your first game you’re toast. He can ask his predecessors for confirmation. Wish him all the best.

Eion really made a great mistake, by venturing into politics.
He took a huge calculated risk thinking Trump by giving him access to the national treasury will act as a buffer for all the backlash he’s getting now. How far this will go we’ll know in the months ahead no wonder they need that mineral deal in Ukraine badly. Only govt money can save Elon now.

Isn’t it lack of common sense to antagonize the people who support your “clean energy” business in favor of science denying climate denying loons? I hope for his sake they have a change of heart and start buying his cars.

He’s not that smart afterall
Honestly, until few weeks ago I never believed Musk could embrace far-right ideologies, especially when he's been one of the greatest beneficiaries of liberalist ideologies, I am still asking myself where did it all changed for him, some people will say it's when his daughter turned trans but then the Liberalists and Globalists made you, why turn against them suddenly perhaps he thought being in the white house will make him handle the backlash, no wonder he's been the one pushing Trump on the mineral deals in ukraine to help his business interests and also in south Africa for his starlink company. He's relying solely on government deals to push his way through, but time will tell how far he will go. What a huge risk. e no funny!

The richest man trying to take food from kids and medicine from disabled and old people. I don’t know how he thought that was going to be received.

Shows he’s not the genius they lie that he is. A genuis would’ve been able to predict that it wouldn’t be well received.
He was carried away with his direct access to the White House. He forgot that those who made the White House are outside the White House.

He thought owning the White House means owning the world when it’s actually the entire world that feeds the White House. He will surely learn the hard way. Trump his co-werey had to start appealing and encouraging Americans to buy Tesla. Meanwhile it’s the liberals who Trump and Elon attacks that buys Tesla because of their belief in renewable energy and climate change which Trump and his gang don’t believe in. Money miss road people.

Is there a dual nationality prohibition on being prime minister? I don't think there is.

Apart from British citizens, Irish citizens and permanently-settled Commonwealth citizens can become MPs and thus can become prime minister, in theory if not in practice.

Boris gave up his US citizenship for tax purposes, not because he'd otherwise be disqualified from being PM.
I think there are higher level security clearance issues that forbids dual citizenship for Govt officials.

Hehe. Both parties benefited hugely. Their stranglehold on global economy was set in place at Bretton Woods

For Canada, if Trump proceeds (unlikely) , Canada might be hit hard. They never saw it coming and have little alternatives. Two takeaways would be that the current ruling Liberal party which was set to lose the next election might see a turn around of their fortunes thanks to Trump. The favourites were the Conservatives which have struggled to put a fight against Trump.

The second being economic growth- as we've seen in recent decades with virtually every major western nation, when they struggle with economic growth, they inevitably turn to migration. This might lead to losening of already relatively lose immigration policies to boost growth.

It's a huge lesson to the Australians though who like to abuse the Chinese despite a good chunk of their economy being supported by suppling essential raw materials to China. If their buyers begin to look elsewhere, na dem go suffer pass.
In summary, you can’t fight humanity as humanity will fight back and will win. What a time to be alive 😊

You are being disingenuous with your comments.

Pray tell how is opining that Chelle should be rewarded IF WE QUALIFY creating unnecessary expectations, calling for his sack and not allowing him to settle into his job?
Do you even know the requirements of obtaining citizenship in Nigeria as a foreigner? You think it’s something they collect directly from aso rock with an executive order? And how does qualifying for the World Cup merit a national honour? Will he be the first to achieve that? Some of us are just too over excited about this coach and that’s where the problem is.

Read again, I said if Chelle qualifies us for the WC.

Yes, national honour and citizenship as a way of rewarding him if he achieves that feat cos it's a daunting and almost impossible task.
I think we don’t need to pressure the coach, we know our current standings in the wcq and Chelle shouldn’t be judged on that cos I know us as a people once we don’t qualify we can start calling for his head. Why don’t we wait and see how things pan out before creating unnecessary expectations we can’t manage. Let the coach settle into his job. My thoughts

This style of play requires pressing hard from the front, in attack and in midfield, and playing a high-backline with offside traps like Barca does.

The issue with this is we don't set offside traps very well and haven't perfected those tactics.

Furthermore, relying on offside tactics at the back could prove disastrous in the absence of VAR review because an offside goal may be scored against us if Referee & Linesman "sojinu'

(Drogba's goal for CIV against Nigeria in the 2006 AFCON semi-final comes to mind.

We have been extremely unlucky without the VAR in this WC Qualifier.

If VAR was being used, we'll have gotten 3 points from Rwanda for Lookman's goal and perhaps another 3 points from SA for the foul on Fisayo Dele-Bashiru, and our standing in the group would have been different.

If Chelle qualifies us for the World Cup, he should be given OON national honour and immediate Nigerian citizenship, with an improved contract covering the next 2 AFCONS after this year's.

In Trump's quest to flaunt US brute strenght, he may send the country into a recession.

Unfortunately, countries like the UK may not be spared due to its close economic relationship with the US. Even

Businesses require a globalised environment with reasonable certainty to thrive. Trump brings the opposite.

Even Elon may not be spared from the economic damage trump will do if he does not bring his erratic behaviour to a halt

Hehe-- its power dynamics at play with the U.S being one of the beneficiaries of the war in Ukraine.

I think one outcome from all this would be a gap which China would aim to fill. We have already seen the EU president quicky change her speech in reference to China, also UK has gone there on a road trip there seeking investment.

Life is funny though- Just Imagine China saying they would annex Canada or saying to the UK/EU some of the things Trump has said. Imagine the media uproar- infact their diplomats would have been summoned to explain the rhetoric but now as per its big bros being the bully, they are all smiling sheepishly.
It’s a lesson for the entire Europe, their bootlicking to the US has been irritating for too long. Once US bans anything they will just follow even when there’s no reason to do so. Am partly happy with all what is going on, many thought Trump was back to do them a favour to upheld their supremacy but alas na wotowoto left, right and centre dem they collect. At least for now all those talks and rhetoric about migrants replacing them don reduce cos their own hands are full of how to handle the orange man. Imagine Canada banning liquors from the US off their shelves. That’s how bad things have gone for them. For my little corner I Dey laugh 😂. The movie sweet gan.

My brother nobody is fighting ww3. Infact ww3 is a scam. How many times in the last 3 years had Putin threatened nuclear war and ww3? Each time his bluff was called, he shift goal posts.

I remember his statement the day he signed order for Ukraine invasion saying anyone who helps them out will draw them into war with Russia. He threatened nuclear war if west supplied tanks to Ukraine. They supplied nothing happened. He issued threat before F16s was supplied. Then he threatened ww3 if Ukraine gets long range missiles, threatened nuclear war if Ukraine strike Russia with western long range missiles yet Ukraine struck, nothing happened.

If he got the liver for ww3, he could have attacked Poland where all Ukraine weapons are being shipped from but Biden has said he will defend every inch of Nato territory and the deterrence worked.

Ww3 will never be fought. It turns out that Trump is very weak. If an American president who spends more money in military than the next 10 countries combined is openly being scared about ww3 then that's a gift to Putin and Xi and they can use it to scare the shit out of Trump and get their way. In that case America deterrence is dead and they should stop wasting money on their military
This is what those who support him don’t understand, the man no get liver, someone who froze under Covid pandemic 😂. Ordinary to convince a fellow president to sign an agreement, he and his vp started shouting like schoolboys. He’s simply too scared

Sure- we know as e dey be. Most was sent to U.S firms to make and supply weapons at an exorbitant price. Other times, it was old weapons being cleared out to Ukraine to make room for new ones. Good cash was also given though. Though the American economy benefited loads, Z wouldn't have survived this long without that support. Perhaps if he knew it would come to this, he may have been more strategic in his requests.

It's quite harrowing when you hear Trump speak about Biden in public- na only to insult his predecessor.
So why do they always make it look as if they wasted money on Ukraine? Are they not only making good their promise to protect Ukraine after giving up their nuclear arsenal years ago? In whose interest at the end is the support for Ukraine? That’s how they also continue to deceive the world about foreign aids as freebies when in actual fact is for the protection of their economic interests in those countries they give aid to. This hypocrisy is what I detest jor

Hehehe.. Na Z carry him leg enter 'unfriendly' territory. He should have borrowed a leaf from the British.

That said, the mineral deal they are talking about here appears to be payback for moneys/weapons Biden freely gave Ukraine. It does not appear to focused towards securing future funding. Perhaps once done, the Americans may ask for a larger pie or Ukrainian resources for future weapons or funding.

Muy heart goes out to Z and Ukrainians though- e no easy
It’s all propaganda bruv, there were no freebies to Ukraine as 70% of those money or weapons were in form of contracts and jobs to US firms. The Orange man is only trying to take advantage of the spoils of war.

On the subject of Vance shading the UK? According to our resident mealy-mouthed defender of western civilization, he actually did not;

Kemi Badenoch defends JD Vance over ‘random country’ comments

Speaking to GB News, Badenoch said: “I know JD Vance quite well. I’ve looked at the comments, I don’t think he actually said that! A lot of people are getting carried away. They’re saying loads of things and getting quite animated let’s keep cool heads.

“America is our closest ally and I believe that President Trump and JD Vance want peace, they’re looking after their national interests, we need to do so as well.”

When Badenoch was asked if she therefore believed Vance had been referring to France instead of the United Kingdom, she responded: “I’m not getting into that speculation.” “

https://www.thelondoneconomic.com/politics/kemi-badenoch-defends-jd-vance-over-random-country-comments-390380/

Looks like Badenough is only a warrior capable of talking straight when it comes to care workers, and she’s always definitive about their plans, culture, morals etc etc. When it comes to others she becomes afraid of getting into speculation. cheesy
have you forgotten she’s the saviour and defender of western civilisation?
