If we are angry with Osihmen then let’s stop inviting him to the national team, we shouldn’t allow his tantrums to distract us from the main issue.

Finidi knew what he was doing by mentioning osihmen and he has achieved it which is destroy the national team as am leaving, na dat kind person I fear pass, one will have to equally ask if he finidi is also committed to the Nigerian cause.

To be candid, NFF DISRESPECTED Finidi George with the demotion, plus his salary was to be REDUCED from N15m to N5m if he continued on the job.

There is no way he will continue after the press release HUMILIATION.

Keshi got worse treatment even after winning Afcon, he was stripped of his assistants and owed salaries. Same story with chukwu and Amodu. Any local coach should know he will never be given any dignified treatment from the nff or sports ministry whether he’s winning or loosing. Finidi except he’s a learner should have known all these.

Until you guys understand that Parking bus is not success, you will still leave in the illusion that it is.

We were dross at the AFCON and were just a park bus team to the best of my knowledge.

Team wise, we.were.not growing.
Fine, no need going to the World Cup then since we are still growing

They keep forming the notion with their body language that naija can never again produce better players than them which is a very big lie.

sentiment was the only factor use in picking Finidi, He has been with the team
There was nothing wrong in that actually, we’ve seen assistants go on to become greater coaches. Finidi was the one who messed himself up by not managing the little success we had from Afcon, he knew where the weaknesses are but he wanted to form my own man syndrome in just few weeks to crucial World Cup qualifiers

Finidi is just gaslighting, is he trying to say that without Osihmen, he can’t even get a draw against Benin haba. I think he’s just trying not to get drowned alone. We can now see why local coaches can’t coach the eagles anymore.

When Finidi was arguing about captaincy and formation, why e no remember the players he can’t control this is childish mhen!

Unfortunately Nigeria's attempt to hold Igbos down eventually led to Nigeria holding itself down. We have not made any meaningful progress as a nation and we are even more divided today.
Obasanjo was the only true pan Nigerian president who brought in many Nigerians from all tribes to serve and that was why his government was a success compared to the failures that came after him. The present government is the worst followed by the one it replaced when it comes to nepotism that is why they are falling in everything.

What is the logic behind creation of states sef. The 36 that you, almost 90% of them are struggling to pay 30k minimum and accruing debt for generations unborn, you are still trying to create more. More avenue to waste money, more governors, more useless commissioners, more SAs, more security votes, more cars, more money spent on funding expensive lifestyle of a governor, more useless lawmakers that will be bought jeep and collect bribe,.....Nigeria should stop creating more states. A proper local. Government administration and effective monitoring solves the problem, not state creation
state creation is the major cause of our backwardness as a nation. It's a huge scam in our polity, it's even another major reason for all the divisions among Nigerians we see today yet these foolish people called lawmakers still think state creation can solve the problem of marginalization.

The SE just wants to even score with the other regions despite its very small landmass, no forward thinking on development, always about leveling up with others, what a shame! One will even expect lawmakers to be championing the cause of Local govt autonomy but NO it's to continue to drag us backward.

The sports ministry will have their way if they insist on Amuneke
The Sports ministry had good intentions by picking Finidi cos I watched the video where the minister was charging the boys before the SA game to go all out that they intentionally didn’t appoint a coach they don’t know to take over perhaps the idea was to retain some good learning from Afcon since Finidi was assistant coach to Paseiro, remember we heard reports that the sports minister wanted to retain Peseiro. Honestly Finidi has more blame than nff or the sports ministry

All of a sudden, Nigeria can not shoot shot from long range.

The same Nigeria that we had U17 boys hitting shots like flying carpets from the time of John Obuh to Manu Garba and even Amunike.

We need to get back to taking our training seriously and scouting.
Na this tiki taka spoil everything na so tey na baby pass and baby shot our eagles don turn to

Charlesemeka85 convince me say fancy football will not take us nowhere.

The only snag with Peseiro was that the structure he played requires utmost physical exertion and he did not properly rotate his team .
Is this is what we should have improved on after Afcon instead of throwing everything away.

Now we are starting all over again and we want to win our remaining matches, our head correct so?

Our home games against Benin 🇧🇯, Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 and Rwanda 🇷🇼

And a game with Lesotho 🇱🇸 at a neutral ground

Haba ,den we shld be banned for 10years den,we re worse Dan been called minnows niyen
Not that we can win but you see this Man City pattern wey Una wan play all these playing through the middle for where the players no dey available or those that can’t shoot na there wahala Dey. The countries we are playing won’t have respect for all those tiki taka nonsense.

Every African country wants to be at the World Cup especially now with the nine slots Africa has. If our players are not ready to get their hands and legs dirty forget it. If they want to save their leg for their clubs in Europe they shouldn’t bother to come and play, they will collect nicely

That shooting aspect just dey vex me. Fact however is that the team needs him more now. I dunno why no coach has screamed down his neck to shoot. Like what happened to the kind of stunner like Europa League final that year. He's indispensable right now because without him in the setup, creativity is gone. And that's annoying. Iwobi will create and drag bodies to himself which is his Fulham pattern too. Na tap in he dey score pass😂

If only he can do more with shooting. Oyo for whoever things he no dey do anything in the middle o. Lol
Una wan force am Dey shoot? Na by force? 😂

Abeg make Una leave the boy alone if he begin shoot now Dey balloon anyhow na we go still complain o!

Yes we have a problem defensively, but we have an even bigger problem offensively.

Since the World cup qualifiers started we have played a total of 14 games and have scored a total of 14 goals. With our supposed world class attacking roster we average just one goal a game. We are struggling to score goals and the simple reason is because we've been figured out offensively.

Nigeria for the most part plays through the wings to score. Any coach worth his salt who has watched enough of our tapes will easily figure that out. Once upon a time we have skillful players like J.J (maybe Mikel) who provided options for us who could drive the ball through the middle and get some defensive attention freeing the wings a little. Now we don't have that.

South Africa and Benin just focused their defensive on Lookman and Chukwueze. The middle was the freest in both games but we had no player who could take the initiative to go through the middle. If we had explored both we probably would have scored more goals. This is where players in the mold of Eze and Olise could help.

Guess how we scored both goals? Fisayo and Onyedika through the middle.
and we still want to stick with this man-city pattern with no available players abi, dey play

We have Benin 🇧🇯 in uyo

Zimbabwe 🇿🇼 in uyo

Rwanda 🇷🇼 in uyo

And away in Rwanda 🇷🇼

Lesotho 🇱🇸 in a neutral ground (probably SA),even if we play the match in heaven, we suppose win

With a good team selection and a good coach ,we shouldn’t have problem winning this 5matches.
Why we no go press panic button when na sexy football we wan play, you wanna win the remaining matches? We got to be ruthless cos the hostility we will get from any country hosting us if na all this soft football Una wan play make Una forget am. Make we just get plan b to go by night bus, 😂 e no go funny cos they will do everything for us lose in their place. That afcon loss beef still Dey there
