The problem with those players is that they don’t want osihmen to take all the credit for progressing the team to the next round. It’s a typical European behaviour where you get more personal credit on how a team succeeds even in the corporate setting it’s like that. The coach is the one that needs to stamp his authority but he too is under pressure not to lose the trust of other players. It’s purely politics going on in that team.
