Nairalandankra: Africa, we are our own problem.. see as an X international want start agenda on top osimhen matter. Shame on him.. Truly, Envy is the rottenness of the bones.
"The former Bendel Insurance defender argued that such comments could potentially undermine team unity and morale." See rubbish talk. If osihmen had made an outburst on the field to his teammates the same people would have still criticised him, abeg make we leave matter for Matthias as there is nothing the player will do or say that satisfy anyone. He talks on the field wahala, off the field problem, inside his bedroom chaos etc phew! |

Goodenoch: I love how she’s beginning to complain every Eke marked day about Reform saying anyone who’s not white isn’t British.
I’m sure she didn’t think such a notion would get so mainstream even as she was enabling further and further far-right narratives which obviously shifted the Overton Window substantially to the stage where we are now that overtly racist language is now fully normalized. She probably thought it would end with the ‘Boriswave’ and ‘butt wipers’, and never include her and hers since she’s ’not like the others’. The thing never got so close to her until now! She never imagined it will eventually land in her neighbourhood or her household Truth is folks like her always think they have developed tough skin for times like this but in reality no one does and when it finally hits you’ll cry out like others. It is what it is |

Goodenoch: As an aside, I’ve always wondered about where people like Badenough, Cruella and co think the line is for a person to be considered British.
They think they are British but don’t think other immigrants are because they still have some of their original cultural attributes. Okay, fair enough - but you still bear your Nigerian/Indian/Pakistani name, and possibly have named your children as such too, possibly practice a religion from your home country, possibly eat your cultural foods etc etc.
Where is the line that they think they’ve stepped over but other immigrants have not that entitles them to constantly attack those others? Or, in other words, what do immigrants have to give up in order to satisfy the Badenoughs of this world that they are ‘multiracial but not multicultural?’ They are confused themselves 😂 as they never thought it through up to this level you’re seeing it o. |

Kilishihunter: They have to na. They took a chance by blowing their budget to sign him while the clubs we knew can afford him were dilly dallying. Berni McCarthy said man united didn't want to sign him cause of afcon. Was it not the same club that lost amad, mbeumo and mazariou to the same afcon? I think 100m with some add-ons should get him out of there or maybe if they agree to a player swap with cash. He's is in prime and should enjoy the dividends of it on the grandest stages Those European clubs don’t fancy osihmen as they want him for cheap but unfortunately for them his price keeps going up unless he loses form which is not likely soon! Dude is even improving without many noticing I saw the way he once juggled the ball before laying it down for a teammate in yesterday match. If am Gala I will ensure I make all the cash I can from an osihmen transfer. This is why Napoli made it difficult too especially to any other serie A team. |

lbrichman2: Make we no talk lie, Osimhen is probably the biggest player Nigeria has ever produced!
See impact! He is not just a good player, his impact wins trophies for his teams.. That’s why some folks don’t understand why the hype, he’s way ahead of his peers and once he attains SE highest scorer ever with just 3 goals left that will cement his national team legacy and status. Before we will see another super eagles player that reach 30 goals omo e go hard. He’s gonna have a great post retirement career and become an authority both nationally and internationally. I don’t have time for hypocrites they will continue to murmur and grumble for nothing |

BankyGee: God bless you. Even the commentator on TNT Sports were irritated by Yilmaz. This is a match where Osimhen would punch a player if possible and the whole world would applaud him for it.
How tf do you not pass the ball here? The problem with those players is that they don’t want osihmen to take all the credit for progressing the team to the next round. It’s a typical European behaviour where you get more personal credit on how a team succeeds even in the corporate setting it’s like that. The coach is the one that needs to stamp his authority but he too is under pressure not to lose the trust of other players. It’s purely politics going on in that team. |

TheSuperNerd: Besides, Osimhen has conquered Serie A already. EPL, La Liga and Bayern (Bundesliga) can afford him if only they stop dribbling themselves. Osimhen is worth the big bucks.
It is crazy how a player like Victor has to prove himself time and again because of his color. What did Sesko achieve for Man Utd to come bag him? What of Delap? What was his big achievement before Chelsea bagged him?
I am tired of the Big media recognising how truly World Class Osimhen is... that is old news! We know He is Worldclass but let them put the big money on the table then if they truly believe he is all they believe him to be. This is what Gala did and why Osimhen is there today. They know they dont deserve him but they showed that they truly wanted him and still threw consistent UCL football into the equation. That is why mocking Gala or the Turkish league is so disrespectful as they see the value in an osihmen far above those leagues we think are the best. In fact I know people will come for me but make osihmen go Saudi league to earn mega bucks cos what’s talent without the right value for it. A player score goals and even create goals for his teammates what else does any club with ambitions want? A messenger or house boy? |
Sports › Re: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Goke7: 10:09am On Feb 26 |
Kilishihunter: Chelsea not signing him in the first place is one of the reasons why he has a lot of people hating him on social media since they are the ones with the biggest fanbase in Nigeria. They operate on a different wage structure now. Madrid would have to sell vini to get osimhen plus I don't think the latter would thrive playing alongside mbappe since most of the final balls would get to him. With his PR I believe his agent should be sounding other clubs though gala would do all they can to recoup well from their investment. I just read the gala VP say his price has now doubled to 150m Yes, I read it too, wanted to post it here but I dey fear the haters on this thread omo e go long for Osihmen, both Gala and Napoli will want to cash out big time! Gala has a jewel, and they are not going to let go easily! I just pray we don't see another Napoli saga, and if by mistake Gala reaches the last eight in the Champions League, the price go increase again o |

Starboytwo: at all at all at all... I swear to God almighty. I couldnt watch the match anymore. I'm a striker, I always watch a striker movement etc, after that useless wayword pass, I could see osihmen stopped running, he actually stopped playing and when I saw Icardi being brought on, I thought the coach wanted to remove him. It was so glaring to me. I could imagine what he was thinking... I'm sure he thought, "nah, this team no fit help me"
I said it yesterday, he was irritated, I was irritated. I give him kudos, I would have signaled the coach to remove me, because these guys are not it. At all.
At the biggest stage. Against 10 men 🤦🤦 I'm highly disappointed... He must leave this team... He must. Or I will withdraw my support for him.
This is the most embarrassing football match I've seen in a long time. If he signals to the coach to remove him do you know the amount of slander that will follow? Don’t just imagine it as all our moral instructors go just use am trend for days! See Osihmen can’t just force himself to join any other club now as that depends on both Gala and Napoli who will still make money from his sale! Dude is just a victim of circumstance who’s still making a lemonade out of it. He’s a hustler per excellence and all his efforts now he’s going to reap it big time post retirement just like Thiery Henry and other greats. |

Now white man don talk. We go still dey debate whether Osimhen is world class or not. The annoying part is the argument that if he is that good, why is he not signing for a top 5 league club. What do people want really? Is it that we have selective amnesia? Just how easy is it to walk away from a toxic environment such as Napoli and then heal from the toxicity? Amnesiacs forget that PSG came for him and Napoli scuttled the move.
Why the need to be washing and rewriting history ( The curse of this generation). The one that disappointed me the most is Sunday Oliseh using Lookman to shade Osimhen. Whether you want to admit or not, Osi is a lion in the midst of cats as admitted in the video above. When it is the right time he will move but you have to admit that unseen hands are pushing stupid narratives and gullible folks are buying into it hook, line and sinker. They are all shameless hypocrites claiming they don’t hate the player. Just leave those fools |

Okay Okay if we turn away from Osimhen because he went to the Turkish league, pls name one Nigerian inform striker that is in a big club and league that we are not hyping and praising and here especially when that player is giving matchday masterclass headlines week in week out…cos i know we are all celebrating out two biggest players Lookman and Osimhen here
3. we know that we should not be glorifying Galatasaray, but we all cannot hide the fact that they are RealMadrid,Barca,Mancity,Bayern etc of Turkey, those guys with the current form of Osimehn can have a run to the semifinal of UCL….atleast Osimhen is not playing for Okokomaikoapor,Trabsonspor,Alabaspor and plus we all know why Osimhen is in Gala.
Or wait first, shey some of una dey pain for this page say we dey hype Osimhen to the highest heaven ni? like he deserves the hype naaaa, aside Lookman, which other super eagles player currently is putting up the kinda showings Osimhen is giving us, for both club and country.
