That's what affected Nigeria against them in the world cup playoff. They are lucky they have 4 days to rest.
The 120 mins against Gabon was another factor for us even in the last Afcon final the extra time and penalty shootout we played against SA in the semis affected our boys. These things do count most times

I don't know but I just feel this Adam is underated. He hardly have bad games since he started playing for the SE. Whenever Osimhen isn't playing, I would suggest we try him as our point man and go to striker. He has the physic, height and he plays technically
He played against Congo na what happened?

The stadium will be packed on Saturday.. Algerian fans will be out in their numbers
The Moroccans will support us against them as they are sworn enemies. Great atmosphere it will be

If it’s Congo Morocco will support Congo against us cos they will feel Congo will be easier to beat in the semis so this is more positive for us
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Goke7: 7:37pm On Jan 06

My morrocan colleague said super eagles are the only team bringing European flair to the AFCON. He said it’s like watching PSG or Man city
Yes o That’s how the eagles we know play - mix of European and African flair! That’s the edge we have over most African teams

But they were in the semis last time. This is easily a quarter final for AFCON.
Yes, let them do it more consistently, let's see if they can replicate this form generation by generation like Senegal and CIV are doing!

This game no suppose be round of 16 match.

Quarter final or semi final level game.
haba, for wetin? as how na. DRC is just a recent resurgence; let them earn their place among the big boys over time. Winning games like this is what will begin to announce them more and more on the big stage, and they need to do it consistently, Afcon after Afcon!
SportsRe: "The Super Eagles Thread: The Road To AFCON 2027, 2028 And 2030 World Cup by Goke7: 6:35pm On Jan 06
This Congo can just score in the dying mins and that’s the end. That’s what they did to Cameroon in the playoffs. Very dangerous side

Mybettingtips:
Yes they are very poor. They are defending hard but they can’t string 3-5 good passes together. You’ve forgotten how they outplayed us. I can’t see same performance from them in this match.
It’s Algeria they are playing o not Sudan

I prefer Congo sha cause we will want to prove a point against them. Algeria are even looking better than Morocco in my opinion but our attack should give them serious problems
It’s better we play Algeria those Congolese won’t be scared of us at all psychologically! And on the physical side too Algeria is preferable to the akpu Congo players dem go just use body jam us everywhere

Osimhen should also work on his offside traps... He has lost 3 goals to offside in this competition... By now he's supposed to be leading scorer.... And almost catching up with Yekini's record
He score abi e no score yesterday? Brace o in case you forgot cos it’s only the tantrums most people saw!
