dear abujaniv

My my brother has been refused a visa twice at the embassy a few years back, although it wasn't a virgin passport. Now he wants to reapply for he and his family to visit USA this December or Newyear but he is worried as someone told him the cause may be that he has been banned. He used an agent then but told the agent not to use any fake document as he is able to provide legitimate ties and all. Do you think he was banned? If he is banned truely, will this affect his family? I appreciate your time.

Health / Re: US Asks How Nigeria Overcame Ebola by Gold45(f): 7:13am On Oct 08, 2014
@op, you are very correct. Every body prayed to his/her God. Christians, Muslims etc. It would be wrong for us to take the praise.
My advice: let the delegates come, take them to an executive conference room, ask them to reverse their gay law first, recite psalm 23 then tell them that's all we used against Ebola.

Trekking from work to my house every friday (the transport going alone now costs #150, at a speed of 140km/h it will take approximately 30mins to get there ) just because I wanted to prolong our time together. We spend 3hours walking to my home together then he'll take public transport back to his own house (he had one of the latest SUV's then o). We did crazy things those nights, sometimes he carries me for a while, sometimes, we kiss when we get to shadows on the road.

diarra94:
most mammals that existed with the dinosaurs were little rats and other primitive rodents. their relatively small size enabled them to hide and easily remain unnoticeable by the large carnivores. it was until dinosaurs were destroyed by the meteor that these smaller rodents had the whole world to themselves and evolved into the more complex mammals we have today. the dinosaurs will have led early man to extinction due to many reasons which include:

1. being primitive meant we lacked any sophisticated form of weaponry, and shelter and therefore an encounter with a dangerous animal such as a dinosaur will most likely have a fatal ending.
2. we aren't fast enough to outrun these animals
3. we were very few in number and probably hadn't established ourselves on all continents yet.
4. we would have existed in a hunter gatherer society which meant serious competition for food.
this does not mean that humans didn't stand a chance but if we were alive when the meteor hit the earth, it would have also wiped us out.
so to sum things up, the meteor that exterminated the dinosaurs actually worked in our favour.
what do you mean by acting mature? you've never been in an argument before?

interesting.
so evolution moved from fish to rats.

How did dinosaurs become so complex while the rest of the world was still at the rat level
Religion / Re: Interesting Facts About The Bible!!! » » » by Gold45(f): 11:54am On Aug 20, 2014
diarra94: hey gold, sorry to burst your bubble but not all dinosaurs were carnivorous. do you think these conclusions are just made. look at the structure and dentition of a whale , an elephant and a giraffe and tell me if it is modified for hunting or tearing flesh. dinosaurs like t Rex were natural predators with huge teeth for tearing flesh and claws to grasp prey.

Does that automatically mean they would have forced humans into extinction? Why wasn't the ancient apes or whatever mammal that existed driven into extinction?
Between, I assume you are above 18years, respond maturely, this isn't a warfare.
Religion / Re: Interesting Facts About The Bible!!! » » » by Gold45(f): 6:35am On Aug 20, 2014
diarra94: I asked you about dinosaurs to test your level of intelligence but it turns out its not that great. dinosaurs existed everywhere on earth and being such vicious and large carnivores, primitive humans stood no chance against them. they would have devoured humans to extinction. the bible mentioned many animals which were much less threats but not once was the dinosaur described. explain how such a prominent animal was ignored in the flawed bible.

Since humans and dinosaurs never cohabited, how did man know that it's a vicious animal? I mean this animal existed millions of years before us so how did we accurately discover it's vicious and destructive character. Or are we drawing conclusions from it's size, maybe if whales, elephants and giraffes were extinct, the same would be said of them.

Ymodulus:

Good point.

Lets not also forget that same so called son of god Jesus christ, in the account of the parables of the good samaritan even atested to the fact that Atheist will go to an Heaven they never believe in. Yet some deluded christians kill themselves over these

True, my pastor has preached that some muslims, atheists etc will go to heaven simply because of being kind, because God is love.

But the same bible says the unforgivable sin, is the sin against the holy ghost,

So to all agnostics and atheists, dont blaspheme against God, (what if there's a God afterall) and be kind, you may find yourself in heaven.

Health / Re: Neglect Of The Ebola Patients!!! by Gold45(f): 12:45am On Aug 17, 2014
smh

People are so fast to go to the media and rant: "they are neglecting the ebola patients, FG is not doing its work"

You all seem to forget this disease is a serial killer! Its spread by touch and also by air (if you stay close to the patient for some time). In Guinea and Sierra Leone, the health workers and their family members are the majority of the people dying. Also understand these, no matter the amount of protective gear each doctor wears, he/she still stands a very high risk of contracting this virus and may die in a matter of days depending on his or her DNA structure (so they say).

After they lashed doctors, didnt many of them who volunteered lay down their tools? Im not a doctor but im putting myself in the shoes of those poor people who also want to live to take care of those little angels in kindergarten. No amount of money is worth anyone's life. If you feel the ebola patients are being neglected, simple! ROLL UP YOUR SLEEVES AND GO TAKE CARE OF THEM! We are all humans here, if your husband/wife were a doctor, would you let him/her leave the house talk-less of taking care of ebola patients? If those doctors were your parents would you still want them to sleep beside the patients?

Usa and APC are playing politics with this disease. Not long ago, USA declared heavy economic sanctions against Nigeria for Anti-gay law and the next thing, a sick ebola American-liberian gets on a plane and heads to Lagos to die, USA refused Nigeria the ZMAPP serum but wasted no time sending it to Liberia, Profs came up with the idea that kolanut may help ebola patients survive, USA waved it off, okay try Nano-silver, they ordered them to stop of face actions, Lagos Governor rejected the Nano-silver and is still accusing the FG of not doing anything to curb this spread of ebola. Cant you all see?? If we all dont co-operate, the FG can do nothing so its more of the fault of the leaking bucket than a faulty tap.

Family / Re: Paid Live-in Nannies Vs Professional Daycare, Which Is Better For Babies? by Gold45(f): 1:15pm On Aug 06, 2014
I prefer live in any day. Even if the nanny is trying to do something they don't like to them, they will be able to resist or say no more when they are in their own home than in a daycare. They know where the phone is to call me or daddy should anything go wrong. There are friendly and nosy neighbours around who will let me know if my baby cries unnecessarily when I'm gone. As for child abuse, its not limited to only day care centres. There are many stories of nannies that abuse the children when no one is at home.

I started working as a live in nanny/ sleep over nanny at 19yrs.(The mum works shifts as a doctor). The law was simple, no boyfriends, smoking, drinking or immoral acts in the house. I had my own insurance. I ate with the family, I got hired through an agency and had to provide 3 references which were thoroughly checked. The equivalent of what I was paid is roughly $1600 monthly (considering the amount of inflation between now and then)

Age isn't what matters but strength and experience. All things being equal, I'll prefer someone between 18-36 provided she agrees to my rules

Hope this helps

eighTHREAD: you must be a learner
It depends on the type of man you have in the house, as long as she's capable of what I employed her for, she's fine to stay. Its actually an insult to him to refuse her cus of her assets.

nerodenero: A man could bed a woman he doesnt love and that wont change his love for his wife. The fastest way to end your marriage is by bringing such home.

Well not all men are the same.

As someone pointed out, I also grew up in a house full of aunties that weren't related to us in any way. All sort of body shapes, my dad and cousins didn't rape anyone despite the way some dressed loosely back then. So I'll say again, it depends on the type of man in the home. If it were to be my ex I married, he won't even think of bringing her home even if she's angel Gabrielle from heaven with that kinda ass
