That the USA found it difficult in the jungles of Vietnam doesn't mean they can't do well in the jungle. For your info, the USA has spent a lot in training their personnels to adapt to different tarrains since that Vietnam incident, u can go and research on this. The same training made the USA squash Saddam's Republican guard army in their own desert, during the gulf war years after the Vietnam incident. Despite the frequent sand storms and heat they faced, the US army made it their day.

My dear, the medical profession is one of the most downgraded professions in this country, courtesy the government. Most of us can hardly survive sef not to talk of building our own houses. The highest u can do is buy a simple car, rent a nice apartment and get married, while your mates in other field keep hitting it big back to back.
