For your information most guys there are not students but jobless youths. Or are u surprised that the number of jobless youths can be this enormous?? Yes that's what this nation has become. And if u must know, most of the students are at home and not able to protest because their parents and guardians wouldn't let them to. If ASUU mistakenly call of strike that's when you'll see the main protest because those students at home will go back to school, there by being free from their parents claws to protest. The main protest is yet to come.

Now my own is that when the government starts
revolting, no one would be on the side of the protesters because SARS has been disbanded. Even the international world and those figures who stood for us will begin to see us as rebellious and easily frown.

U speak of the international world as if they're fools like some gullible Nigerians are. U think they're not observing if SARS has been truly scrapped?? They also know about the dishonesty of African leaders which is the same thing making people keep up the protests. No one trusts the Nigerian government anymore with their fake promises, not even the international bodies. Our leaders have lied to us enough.

Ending the strike will make the protest worst if u don't know. Bocs parents won't be able to stop their children from protesting once they are in school. A lot of youths who wanted to protest but couldn't were wishing the strike was over so their parents won't stop them.

Everyone is bitter. This protest was only an Avenue to exercise their displeasure with the government. The best the presidency can do now is to call for an emergency reorganisation of this country, else we would be looking at another Arab spring.

What they need is an executive order from the president of the FRN stating so and meeting the five demands being stated which includes reorientation of police officers, an independent panel to look into the dealings of crimes brought against the police, increase in the salary of police officers amongst others.
