What sort of visionless protest will not allow the passage of sensitive exam materials to their destination.

Is it the life that their future isn't even guaranteed because the government doesn't have any plans for the youths.

By the way why did our government take this long to begin their exams?? Wouldn't this have been prevented if they had put things in place for them based on the Covid 19 pandemic standard just as other countries did?? My dear what this shows is that the country holds no plans for them, so they should sit back and wait till their future is got back. We move on!!!

No it's illegal to block the roads. When they caught they should be arrested and charged accordingly. They can practice civil disobedience if they want but there's consequences. They don't own the street so they cant block it.

whatever happened 2015 has since passed and he was not the determining factor for Buhari winning the election then. He is a good man with good intentions, let's not pretend like someone else is going to become president without becoming a politician. We will still elect a politician at the end of the day. I'll take him anyday and anytime over anybody.

Whether he's a good man or not. His involvement in the protest will depict a political undertone and look like Sowore led revolution, and then the government will go full bloody on protesters. This protest is better off without a leader, let the voice or the weeping masses prevail

If he was accepted to the rally, the focus would change and govt may use force which might lead to extra judicial killing and clamping down on posters with DSS or Army.

It was done to avoid any political undertone. He would use the platform to push for revolution which would actually come as the protest persist. You can see the government is finding it hard to pitch the protest to anyone. NO LEADER protest. That's the consensus and awesome strategy.

If Sowore is disgruntled, he should understand what the protest is all about and respect the views of the youth.

That's like taking 30% of protesters which are undergraduates off the streets for a period, while the major 70% who are unemployed graduates keep protesting. And when the exams are over, the undergraduates continue from where they stopped. The government is about to shoot itself in the leg. The only option here is to review this nation as a whole and make sure the plight of the suffering masses are attended to.

1) 70 % of those protesting aren't undergraduates. Most are jobless graduates and jobless guys. I guess it's a shock how the number of jobless youths can be that enormous on the streets. That's the Nigeria we live in

2) Most hot headed students who should be protesting are being held back by their parents because they're at home. Going back to school will make them free from their parents' watch and they will protest thereby making this protest skyrocket
