Each time I read about this it makes me wonder why some Africans and African-Americans cling proudly to their slave ancestors, even if they had one drop of white blood.

The only high standard in most African countries are those similar to American or British schools. Do you realize that the same money they and other foreign African workers send is more than incomes of most African countries?

Chinese, Russians, Cubans etc with their local standard of Education have produced international scientists and Nobel Laureates recognized in the same countries you copy copi their "standard" Education.

Foreign aid from most of these countries are not dollars, euro or renminbi but in vouchers, gift cards or bookmedown.

You can only used it to buy inflated goods and services from the country giving them. You can buy their used goods, junk, plastics, "expertriates", railway or mine laborers, steel (to kill Ajaokuta) or wheat (to reject cassava bread).
