I know port Harcourt is notorious for this thing some even at the board put the normal price when. You are about to buy they will bring out calculator and say not it's not how we sell it... Some will even tell you that you will pay 300 before they sell to your car... Imagine that... We put ourselves in self inflation out of greed but blame everyone else not ourselves
