If INEC has admitted they failed during the presidential election, why go ahead to pronounce a winner then when they know the process was marred ?

The real enemy of the people is INEC and strongholds (PDAPC)

All I know is that people will carry the anger of the last rigging and go to the polling unit. It's not sure for PDP in Rivers state.

That's my polling unit. No need for arguments, go and verify. Even the senate and House of rep that we don't know their names, labour party won it above 170 each.
