fibonacci2526: Exactly the trick is if the shipping fee is much more expensive than the item itself, you can buy 2 or 3pcs of that item as most times the cost of shipping 1 is the same as shipping the 3. China small post is a big NO for items you need urgently.
CuteMaro: I want to order tampered glass for the Note 6 pro, but the option I am getting is free shipping as AES cost is more than the cost to ship the said items. Please how long does free shipping take to get to Nigeria?
That free shipping fit take normal 2 weeks or 4 months to come. E fit nr even come at all sef, just use AES and order for at least 2 to avoid stories.
macbeyland: Hehehe. Abeg dash me the panel of the phone. I have a gionee m5 that just went dead while I was using it, tried to reboot but it got stuck on gionee logo, flashed using sp flash tool, it said emmc damaged.
The screen is still working albeit with the flickering that started less than 3 months after I bought the device newly. I got slightly less than one year on the device.
Una need joint venture, after fixing, na to draw roster.
acekid109: go for the one you want, you have your money. Most of the time pple that'll confuse you are the loudest on this thread. But personally once i check phone specs and i see mediatek, I'm not interested in anything else again, it's turn off
Naxo, I nr even see any comparison apart from similar screen size.
henry007: Infinix Note 5 charges in 1hr 40mins and its a 4500mAh battery
Exactly what I expect you to say next! . Maybe you fit start your research from here why Infinix dey quick get charging board problem, even compared to Tecno - same Transsion Holdings.
fibonacci2526: You can get someone willing to sell a used Redmi note 2 but e go hard. If you can try to add at least 10k more you will get something better.
Redmi note 2? , she go lose weight because of charging ooo .
Jackossky: Like you rightly said,Xiaomi is a better phone (When compared with others of the same price range) but then, the downside of it is that you must be extra careful with the product. I mean, just getting a compatible screen guard becomes a herculean task as it had to be shipped to Nigeria. Will you be able to cope with that? We don't know what might happen tomorrow, what if the screen gets broken, how will you repair it? This is what is going to happen, you might have to come down to Lagos since most sellers and those that affirm to be Xiaomi repairers are majorly based in lag, imagine the time it would take, now, for the parts to be shipped, it will also take some days and finally for it it get repaired. So,if perhaps your phone develops a screen problem, it will take days to get it fixed. If you can cope will this then I will adjudicate for you to get a Xiaomi product. I love it though, those are the cons,I haven't updated my phone so I don't know what others are but hey, cheers.
Xiaomi is lit. Repping Redmi 5plus but to order for your phone, please, do order from Ifedith but we also have Protein0,nobody,maybeyland and others but I can vouch for Ifedith.
Before I forget, I see you joining the Xiaomi family soonest. Adios
Regarding screen protectors and other accessories, you save yourself the stress by ordering along with the phone, don wait for your current screen protector to die on you before buying extra ( to avoid delays). As for repairs, I don't understand you, you mean we take our devices to Lagos for repairs? I have replaced my own screen twice now, done for friends around me using Xiaomi and LEeco devices, some have changed charging ports and earpiece ports, all done with different phone repairers located over 250km from Lagos. From experience, it's even easier to work on Xiaomi devices compared to what we have here, you'll know why if you open up the devices .
shyshally: Hey guys, Xiaomi is indeed an awesome brand with great phones. But the risk of using the phone in Nigeria (no xiaomi office here for repairs) is quite high. Also it seems getting the global version to Nigeria is risky( the issue BTW noobody and the other guy). Because the phone might get bricked if I try to update it. So my question is, is it worth it? Getting the phone to Nigeria or should I just go with infinix ( for the safety of familiarity). Even though xiaomi is better. Thanks honest answers pls
Just state your budget, you'll be given the best available device to pick from depending on your priority, there's no ish about using any of their devices here, just ask questions and you'll be fine, many who fell into the hands of dubious sellers didn't ask to get enough info.
