Don't think you'll get a boot loop for that, if you are scared, download the music app before the reset.

If you like to totally get rid of any Chinese character( which actually is not an issue for many), you need to apply first for bootloader unlock, so you can flash global rom.

Hmm, you got a Xiaomi phone with Chinese rom, should have asked the seller to flash the official global stable rom for you before shipping.

As already suggested, factory reset will completely erase it, it's a bug, another solution is by updating.

Don't think so, this Mtk doesn't heat up that much, unless there is s bug in the rom, battery life is good too, but far away from the Snapdragon variant.

Unnecessary over hype is what i really don't like.. SD is good fine they are.. But doesn't make MTK bad...xiaomi phones are good fine.. Doesn't make tecno nd infinix bad.. Every phone comes with its own value.. U buy a xiaomi of 60k nd u go buy tecno 45k nd u start comparing them is a very unwise comparison.. If u wanna compare u do with devices of same price range.. They all hv strength.. I've used 2 tecno device and one infinix.. Never regretted any.. My tecno got bricked the second day of purchase.. I took it to carlcare nd it got replaced immediately.. I used the phone for two years straight nothing went wrong i even gave it out at d long run..my current infinix is perfect in terms of camera and especially performance except its 3000mah bat. m just out to give xiaomi a feel.. So unnecessary infinix and tecno downgrade is off it abeg.. They produce good phones.. And i mean good phones

OK which snapdragon version do you use and what's the mtk you have used before? Has you mtk ever recorded a temperature as low as 25°c before use? Bros, snail tentacles nr b horn na, that is a low low end processor from 2015 na, abeg you never use snapdragon, no wonder you nr dey see difference. OK, this has even made things clearer for you to understand, na you dey talk say make we compare things well just now ooo, ok,but even this low end snapdragon give you almost similar performance as the mid range mtk wen u use according to you, by d time u use a mid range snapdragon, u sef go understand.
