You need to understand that we have varying expectations from a smartphone.

All your points are valid. Very valid.

Tecno just launched in India.
The specs are waow!
But here in Nigeria, we are given below par stuff. It means they can do better. And I am seriously rooting for them.
I'm behaving like an Arsenal fan Shey?
Upon all the mistakes, they stand. Sometimes they win, sometimes they lose.

Tecno won with the P6. Economy and the Nigerian factor made it more expensive.

Well, that's btw. I really like their Camon Cx, especially the selfie cam and I plan on doing a device based review soon....

Watch outgrin
Which phone did Tecno launch in India?

Haba?
You wan ask that question?
I don't diss phone brands at all
But go to Ikeja, Tecno has created direct and indirect jobs
You didn't answer any question grin

MizMyColi:
If Xiaomi were to open shop in Nigeria and employ thousands of people like Tecno has, and do adverts like Tecno does, and pay Custom and excise duties like Tecno does, do you think that phone will still be 60k? Especially with the economic downturn we're experiencing.
You called it 60k based on how much access and Gt charges you.

Why not do the maths with 420 naira black market price.
Because here in Nigeria, that's how we roll.

It's not a Tecno problem. It's a NIgerian problem.
If Xiaomi enters Nigeria today, things will be different!
I guess the reason they don't want to come yet is because they can't stand the NIgerian business climate.
Look at Gionee, Infinix, Tecno...their prices are somewhat exorbitant when compared to what we have in other countries. There is one I heard lately that is making me very sad at Tecno.

But this is why threads like this are necessary. So they can sit up.
If Tecno folds up today....your relatives may be affected, mine may be affected as well.
Because they have really employed Labour, both directly and indirectly.

I am not claiming that Tecno is better than Xiaomi or Samsung or any other smartie device out there.

But one reason I will always support them even if I relocate to Alaska tomorrow is that I know where they were. I can see where they are now. I have an idea of where they are going.

That is enough for me. Come what may.
Ermm? This line don too plenty, more like copied from the mouths of Nigerian politicians. You hear words like ' this project will create 50, 000 jobs', whereas na only like 1,200 jobs with people being paid #25,000. Now my question is, how many people has Tecno employed and how much are they being paid on the average? undecided

Good day people. Pls I need assistance o.
I selected my storage location to be SD card but I noticed that every of my files still stores on phone storage. I have done everything I can but still the same. Files received from xender/flash share, and every of my downloads goes to to phone storage and it's getting filled up already. Only the camera pictures stores on SD card which makes my 32g SD useless.

Pls what can I do to make every of my files go straight to SD card because that the way it was on my previous phone.

Does this issue have to do with Android 6.0 generally or mui on xiomi that is causing this..?

I like all my files to be stored on SD in case I decide to change device I'll just remove my memory card. My device is Redmi 4x
U never change am na. You need to change your download location on xender, in order to do that you must do something first. Go to settings - installed apps - documents, then enable.
Then open xender, go to settings and change download location to sd card

OP please come to my rescue!
I already have insufficient internal storage on my camon cx. I have a 32gb memomry card in it but every app is installed on the internal storage and files as well leaving my 32gb space unused. How do I move installed apps to SD card on this phone? How can my files be automatically saved to the SD card especially downloaded files? I really need to free up some internal memory space without uninstalling any app or deleting any file. I need help
PS : I cant even install anymore app at the moment.
Forget about moving apps to sd card, it died I think along with later versions of Android Kit kat. Follow these steps to free up internal memory space.

* Check your file manager, and click on 'apk', delete all apk files there, you don't need them anymore, they are junks.
* You can also do this, from file manager-internal memory - xender - apps. Delete all the apps you find there.
* Go to Xender-tap the left capacitive screen on your phone (depends on you button configuration) to access options, then click on settings, and change the 'download location' to sd card. This way any file you collect from Xender will be saved to memory card.
*If you already collected videos and music files via Xender, go to file manager, and move them to sd card.

Chai! Should i buy MSVii case or transparent case for my sleek RN4G?
Both have their cons and pros. For me the transparent does protection better, but makes the phone look cheap and also makes photos taken with flash at night useless.

Please forum members, my phone ( Redmi Note 4 ) is not connecting to the system via usb. What can be responsible for this, i have been having difficulty transferring files using USB cable even after selecting option of file transfer.
