Don't keep on a cement floor, rather on top of a wooden platform.
With this , the battery can stay up to 2 months without running down or out of current.

OP, no waste your money send her anywhere, you'll regret it. Just help her improve in speaking mostly and if she's a bit smart, she'll understand more when she starts reading from books you'll provide her. If she knows how to cook, I wonder if you want a wife or a spokesperson for wanting her to be educated.
