Merry Christmas momas.
My baby is 3 months today and like 2days ago. We noticed she doesn't want to take bottle (aptamil 1) again And she sleeps off at interval when sucking. Just worried cz I feel she's not full of late.

Ps. She doesn't get full on breastmilk alone before now

Pls what could be the cause and possible solution

Dear concerned dad, I think your baby is ok. Sometimes babies slow down on their food intake maybe after a growth spurt. Please read up on wonder weeks. Your baby will not starve.
If you are very worried, take her to a paediatrician to rule out your worries.

You can buy shoes with normal soles but not heavy. Be conscious of the weight. You can check early days shoes.

Let me start by appreciating all the mamas that has out of their tight schedule been able to answer other mamas question.

I've been following this thread since I gave birth to my DD(now 13months) even though i was not registered then and I can boldly say its has really helped me being a ftm.

DD has been running temperature for some days after given her pcm,it subisdes and after that it shows up again.so I took her to hospital on wed and she was given antibiotic,antimalarial with pcm after given her the drug the temp would come down only to resurface again.

Around 3am on Friday,her temp.was high again and after given her pcm, I decided to log in and read post that I've missed and I saw review on NUROFEN.
Immediately I gave the drug,even though it was another brand,her temperature has been back to normal

HELP!!! She has been on BF for the past 6days without food. Also I noticed some rashes on her body and she has been crying frequently than usual,there's decrease in amount of urine passed.

Some high fever come with rashes. Some fever are caused by viral infection, the body fights it off and it presents as rashes. They come with symptoms like fever, pain and sometimes malaria is detected. The rashes will clear on its own.
For instance, a lot of things we call measles is actually not measles. There are a thousand and one viral infections that the symptoms are similar to measles but are not measles. There’s no test to clearly diagnose measles. There’s no vaccine for them because they are not deadly like measles, rubella and co.
Just like measles, there’s no treatment for them. You just treat the symptoms as it presents itself and boost immunity.

Please note that drug reactions can also give rashes. If it’s itchy, you can use calamine lotion and see the doctor and note the medication.

Yeah. 10 weeks and 14weeks. You can’t take them together. It’s too much. Please, your baby’s poo 2 to 3 days after d vaccine can make someone sick. That thing is a live organism, handle with care.

MMR is taken @ 18 months. I delay mine till 2 years+. Measles is taken @ 9m. Yellow fever 9m or 1yr. Varicella ie for chicken pox is also @ 1yr. Oral vit A too

Good to know. Just don’t make form the habit of applying Vaseline always to make him poo. Babies can stay upto 12 days before they poo.

The poo is not supposed to be pellets like. That was why I made those suggestions.

He is breathing fast and very noisy u might hear him from living room and as if he's wheezing. His tummy goes deep in and out as if he's finding it difficult to breath. This is all I can manage to explain.

His tummy going deep in and out seems to be the concern here. Let me see if I can ask our paediatrician or search for any explanation when i’m less busy.

Hello babes, I don't know what to do again, my Lo is 6 months and my son has been having this breathing problem since when he was 2months old and recently carrthy , we have gone to Maitama and Angelic care hospitals but couldnt dictate anything from the test we ran. They are now suspecting asthma, the name asthma is scary pls is there anyone here that her LO had the same issue and later became fine and any solution to it?

Which doctor diagnosed asthma for a 6 months old. Can you please describe the breathing problem?
From what my paediatrician said, some babies for some reasons breathes funny/makes noise while breathing but they will out grow it. You may not even realize when it stops.

Your description will help us understand better.
