Memejem:Memejem!!!! |
Adaure4ever:Come on, that's caustic. Learn to be circumspect with your words. |
bitex2:Amazing! I'm delighted! Thank you very much for replying. All (other) things being equal I will complete the application process this week. This is my mobile number sir: 08186749479. I'd be very grateful to have yours. |
I'm very interested sir. I'm studying pharmacy in the University of Benin. My email ad: alexkenneth2000@gmail.com |
luvmedie:Congratulations boss. I am a student of Uniben. I applied for the scholarship this year and I would take the exam in a few months time . Could you please give me an overview of what the questions look like? I will be very grateful if you can send any available past question as regards Davidan scholarship to my email box. God bless you. |
I would be very grateful if somebody here can send seven secrets of success and three heavens to my email address:alexkenneth2000@gmail.com , both books by John Hagee. God bless you. |
okundiaernest:Amazing! Great mind think alike. Sir, I would be eternally greatful if you can send the seven secrets of success by John Hagee. My email address is alexkenneth2000@gmail.com. God bless you sir. |
MadCow1:Here you go again! Goodness knows what UniBen has got to do with this! |
Icon4s:Pharmacy( partially)? Could you please shed more light on that? |
I wanted to be a renowned pharmaceutical epidemologist and toxicologist. I believe I will to a large extent by God's grace provide therapy to diseases. I'm on the path... Only God knows the future. Man proposes and God disposes. All will be certainly well if you commit your future into God's hands. |
Memejem:What I can say? I'm very serious about it. Okay, I want to wish you a merry christmas and prosperous new year. |
Memejem:There are many things one can discuss with a friend. |
MadCow1:Lol. You pulled a fast one on me there. Hmm! I'm blushing, save me bro. I'm still an undergraduate student and not an alumnus yet. Genius? I can't breathe. I'm just your humble home-boy. It's also impressive to know you stopped being severely critical of Uniben. I never knew you could be so soft-spoken and amiable. In fact, in guiness mode, let's meet at the table of men this christmas. Sorry to burst your bubble: don't allow your imagination run away with you, I'm a complete teetotaller--- I don't drink alcohol. On a more serious note, the bottom line is one can decide to chart a better course for his destiny irrespective of where he finds himself, Harvard, OAU, Sao Tome, Uniben, Covenant or in your words "poop university" and what have you. Success is personal. I'm a product of my own personal study though I won't discountenance the positive effects of stuudying in Uniben. Obviously Uniben's impact on me is not to be sniffed at. Uniben is a federal government asset and not my father's. I can huff and puff, take up the cudgel in support of my school, all in a bid to put my school in good light. Be that as it may, it doesn't add any worthwhile thing to my CV. Attending the Unibens, UIs, Unilags, MITs, Yales, covenants of this world doesn't necessarily guarantee success though it gives you an edge over others. It would definitely boil down to your personal accomplishments in the long run. That's just my two cents worth. Boss, It's nice chatting with you. I wish you a merry christmas and a prosperous new year. Your moniker sounds ridiculous though. No pun intended. Just kidding. With benefit of hindsight, the 2015 current ranking by 4icu placed Covenant ahead of UI, UNIBEN, UNILORIN, ABU, UNN. Are you kidding me? You can by no stretch of the imagination rank Covenant ahead of these schools. No hard feelings boss. Penny for your thoughts? Cheers! |
Memejem:Jeez! I can't make a head nor tail of this. I hope you're not doing it on purpose? Just kidding. This is enough torment to make my spirit crestfallen. Erm, hope I won't be presuming on your friendly gesture by asking for your email address? I'd appreciate that if you don't mind. Or better still, on a personal note, I think you can send mails to me on alexkenneth2000@gmail.com |
Memejem:Jeez! I can't make a head nor tail of this. I hope you're not doing it on purpose? Just kidding. This is enough torment to make my spirit crestfallen. MadCow1:Hmm! Keep deluding yourself. I can hazard a guess that you attended one "mushroom" school in Benin or Ghana, and you're boasting you didn't study in Nigeria. Well, with the little knowledge I have about emotional intelligence, I can deduce that you have no sense of belonging, pride or dignity towards your school. Ask anybody who studied in Harvard, Cambridge or even Legon, on where they graduated from. I'm very sure that without any iota of equivocation, they would make no bones about it to let you know where they studied. That's the sense of pride we are talking about. Mr madcow, your school is not considered in the scheme of things. If at all your school is anything to write home about, I bet you wouldn' hesitate to mention it. If you can't tell me then good riddance to you. Just so you know, believe it or not, UniBen still remains one of the best universities in Nigeria. |
MadCow1:It cuts no ice with me wherever you studied. I only asked you a simple question, and I'll ask again: "Where did you study?" I'm not asking you if you studied in Nigeria or not. Wherever you studied, I believe the school has a name. Would you stop prevaricating and simply tell me the name of the University you studied, and be honest about it? Next time, be civil with your choice of words. |
Fynestboi:Amazing! I appreciate the information, Fynestboi. Boss Ray360, it's been confirmed by the moderator extraordinaire--- Fynestboi. I think school will be on christmas recess by then. Come on Ray! Let's do this. I'll tell you what, we stand a lot to gain from this. It's not just about representing Uniben or for the sake of competition. This will absolutely go a long way in enhancing our intellectual capacity. We can integrate this with school work. I believe we can look at The Last Nazgul's--- Uniben's erstwhile exceptional representative--- accomplishments and take solace from that, just saying. That's my two cent's worth. Ray360, I believe in you and I believe we can do this. |
MadCow1:Gracious me! I can't believe this. Must you say say something so vile? Go ahead and give reasons why you think your school is a force to reckon with, and don't attack my views. As a matter of interest, where are you studying? The last time I asked you this question, you were evasive about it. Let guys from OAU, UI, Unilag, et al, speak for themselves. Sing the praises of your own school to the highest heavens, if you're a proud student of that school. I hope Uniben didn't squelch your dream of admission? If that's the case, then get the bitterness off your chest and move on bro. You can give it another shot. Feeling embittered that you were denied admission in Uniben would not solve your problem. Believe it or not, the University of Benin is among Nigerian universities with enviable records. |
Ray360:I respect that sir! All is well, bro. Just so you know, I don't think the debate will commence anytime soon. It would interest you to know that I'm also a freshman. I know how arduous our schedule has been, right from the get-go to this point where exam is fast approaching. I suppose your clearance was stress-free? If you don't mind my asking, how has lectures been? I think the debate will take place in March, and I believe we can work something out. Just a minute, Fynestboi, could you please tell us the kick-off date of the debate? |
Memejem:Blimey! sorry my lady. You can check again. |
