If u re registering with your phone, kindly ensure you have a strong network at the time of registering. And make sure you use the desktop browser.

I did mine within 30 mints and it was done and dusted.
Though I encountered network issues initially but it later became stable and I was able to have it registered immediately.

can one register without going to the cyber? like using my phone?
