TPAND:Kindly go through your comment again and see if it is in line. For now, PYO is the Acting President NOT VP. Thanks. |
People who talk too much lack creativity. |
Kyase:Ok. Thanks. Mna ichivir. |
jomonic:Very brilliant idea! Thank you so much. |
My appeal to the youth. Let us shun primitive politics as practised by our politicians. Refuse to be compromised. Say to intimidation. Say no their stolen money. Let us chat a course for ourselves for the future. They have failed woefully. Let's show them 21st century politics. We are no longer in the dark ages. |
Are we sure these are words of the Prof? He has never spoken like this before. Why the sudden change in tone and words? The strong, reliable, unbeatable, and incomparable power of the social media! No one can withstand it. He has received so many backlash over the past couple of days. Every fool will receive sense. |
AkupeMBANO:Its very annoying. Thanks. |
mmsen:Well said. Mna ichivir. |
Kyase:U nder nena? First of all, let's begin by opening a thread on this Forum to brainstorm on the way forward. Secondly, we can use pm and get our emails for very private discussions. Am dead serious abt this issue of useless and visionless leaders in our state. We can't stand aside and look, while these morons mortgage our future and that of our children. I believe this is a mandate we hv to undertake. |
Kyase, mmsen, and all my fellow NLders from Benue State. We need to engage ourselves in politics with the aim of rescuing our destiny from the current set of leaders. |
jomonic:We are surely gonna chase the tired minds known as elders out of politics by 2019. I have already started my moves practically and will come up with a thread in a couple of hours. They are visibly tired and intellectually worn out but won't take the wise decision to retire and bow out to give way for the younger generation. If they think all the youths are foolish and can be easily manipulated, then i disagree with them. Not everyone is daft. |
Pls, can anyone from Benue post actions or comments made by Elder Paul Unongo concerning the unjustifiable attacks by fulani terrorists in Benue State? Its either they are supporting PMB's govt or discrediting GEJ. Our elders have lost focus. Very sad. |
Feeling very sad right now. Na waoh! What exactly is this supposed to mean? Youth Empowerment? Please, someone with a proper knowledge of this issue should explain what those barrows are meant for. |
omenkaLives:Good morning Bro. I would like us to rub minds on this forum on the issue of Benue 2019. Check one of my posts yesterday. We have to take our future from the shameless old men. *Modified. Am waiting to hear from you. |
Our leaders are very wicked. Even Devil himself dey learn work from our politicians. |
Am with you. Infact, am already working on a thread with a similar title but which will focus MAINLY on my state BENUE. It is amazing you just spoke my mind. This is the time for the youths to rise up and chase out these old, shameless folks who are visibly bereft of the will power, ideas and even energy needed for 21st century leadership. They get stucked in their olden days mentality, and are rather taking us on an anticlockwise motion. Their minds are tired but their bodies are refusing to retire. I woke up this morning feeling very sad. Why? The thought that, some people have been in positions of leadership since i was born. And am 30+. They have to go NOW. Time to chase them out. Am putting my plans on paper to put them online later. I tried it in my locality last election, and it worked. I gave the thieving politicians a lot of headache by mobilising and educating the youths in my community on the need to shun the old thieves and their stolen wealth. The result was simply amazing. Education is the KEY.. |
OfficialAwol:Psychology tells us the reasoning pattern of old folks is same as that of children. Now i know better. These retired minds should be resting at home. They have to go. |
Hmm! |
OfficialAwol:Brother. These old men are shameless! Can you imagine someone in his right senses making such comments? And in a public forum? It is very irritating. |
This man is shameless. Anyway, am not surprised at all. We have many of these shameless old fools in Benue. They are many. Just the other day, one of them, Sen JKN Waku, alluded to the stupid assertion that, Kano votes in 2015 were far more than the entire SW votes for APC. But you will not hear them take a very strong position on issues affecting their people such as the incessant attacks and killings by fulani terrorists. They rather keep mute so as not to offend the powers in Abj and to remain politically relevant. I wonder if this is not a clear case of shamelessness. If the herdsmen are foreigners, then why not give the people express permission to kill them wherever they are sighted, since the military cannot expel them from our territory? I repeat, Ogbe is shameless. We have many of these kinds in Benue. It is very sad. |
olujastro:The last paragraph of your comment is very important. Actually, there supposed to be working synergy between all the 3 arms of govt. But we are lacking that. |
omenkaLives:My brother. I expected the NASS to cut their budget this year, but alas, it has rather been increased. Chei! |
Good advice. Very soon, the clean-up operation of oil spill will commence. The people of the oil producing areas in Niger Delta region have the right to a clean environment. It is rather unfortunate that, successive govts did not give this issue the needed priority. |
I totally agree with Sagay. Only those who have not seen or tested money will deny its power. As a matter of fact, those who are very rich financially are very powerful. I repeat, those who are stupendously rich are extremely powerful. Fighting the rich is no easy task. And some people in this country have amassed wealth far greater than 2 or 3 states combined. ....Saraki bought for the 109 members of the Senate at about N5.5m, while Dogara bought for the 360 members of the House of Reps at the cost of N18m. Na wao! |
Why wouldn't they spend such huge amount when they have outrageous allowances such as sitting allowance, standing allowance, sleeping allowance, eating allowance, laughing allowance, dancing allowance, clapping allowance, kissing allowance etc. They even collect allowance for bleeping their wives. It is very funny. |
Every matured mind know that Dino has a defect. Most terrible of all his obscene display of opulence in the midst of too much squalor. His attitudes are indeed very childish. |
jericco1:Thank you for this comment. What is going on in Benue State is really sad and painful. The Gov needs to brace up for the challenges. It is no easy task, but all he needs to do is to confront those issues courageously. The IGR of Benue State when added to monthly allocation from the FG should be enough to pay salaries. But all we keep hearing from BNSG is decrease in monthy allocation with increase in State wage bill. One wonders how the wage bill keeps increasing without employment for over 8 yrs. It is a clear case of high cost of governance. Even PAs to the Gov also have their own PAs. It is very funny. The issue of Fulani terrorists only God knows. |
Hello to all engineers in the house. I need screen for SAMSUNG NOTE 2 (N7100). I will like to know the cost and where to fix it. Waiting for reply. Thanks. |
Caseless:This has been the crux of the matter, not PMB's ill-health. The stupid mofos, otherwise known as the cabal, have been making stupid decisions using the veil of Presidency. And nobody care to challenge the morons: the NASS leaders, party leaders, our so-called SANs, respected members of academia, not even religious leaders. Nobody. Everybody is silent. I remember, someone posted on this Forum in another thread that, the coming generation will one day blame this generation for allowing the cabal to take PMB and the whole country hostage. There is a saying that, in the face of injustice, even silence is a crime. |
saintgp:Exactly! |
Why do our leaders find it so difficult to practise what they preach? Hypocrisy. |
