Hon. This is a welcome idea. Am in full support of it. However, sponsor another bill seeking the reduction of salaries/allowances of the HOR members. You should have started with this one to actually show your sense of nationalism and patriotism. |
Whatever the case. This sounds more like the Biblical voice of Jacob but the hands of Isau. Somebody should understand what i mean here. It was prophesied at the beginning of this year that, Northern forces will seriously battle Osinbajo. I think Pastor Joshua Iginla. |
Good morning brother. Keep up the good work you have been doing. I have been following the thread for a very long time now. And am really enjoying it. The first time i came across this publication was in 2005 in Ondo State during my NYSC. I MIRACULOUSLY got the Sept/Oct 2004 edition. And that was the beginning of my spiritual revival! I was so much inspired by the insightful wisdom of Pastor Kumuyi. I used that edition and mentored so many students. That was the very year i became born again. I will be EXCEEDINGLY glad if you can get that same edition for me. I gave the copy i had to one of the students i was mentoring and it got lost. Thanks. |
Fulani leaders will kick against it just like they have done in Benue. Their grand plan is to conquer Central Nigeria by force. |
dangwarmai:It is a very big joke. |
slivertongue:Actually, if you study Tiv people very well, you will come to appreciate the fact that, they are not pro North nor are they two faced. They are part of independent Middle Belt. The renowned Tiv politician, Sen J S Tarka, was one of the founders of United Middle Belt Congress (UMBC) Party. We are not Northerners. |
DozieInc:I wonder! That should be the biggest (bad) joke of the century. |
hammer6:That is the evil plan! I can tell you reliably that, some parts of Benue are now under fulani occupation after carrying out massacre in those places. Just take time and check my posts on this issue and you will feel very sad. There are heavy weight politicians in Benue but you will not hear them taking a stand against this injustice. People like Elder Paul Unongo will rather tell you how they supported PMB in place of GEJ. Audu Ogbe is always telling the whole wide world that, the herdsmen killing people in Benue are not from Nigeria. The State Gov is trying his best not to offend the powers that be. |
aolawale025:Sounds like a bad joke indeed! On a very reliable note, i can tell you that, the fulani herdsmen can't stand the people of Benue in battle. They have the full support of the NA. And all these in a democratic setting. |
Now it is clear. These people actually want to annihilate the people of Benue and occupy. I have been saying it. God! |
Paretomaster:Wao! Am happy. How do i say it in Hausa? 'Mutumen' means what? |
Wiztonero:How do i say 'am happy?' |
Wiztonero:Toh. Nagode. |
Wiztonero:Nogode. Am learning already. What is danwa? |
delpee:It is just to win praises from gullible followers. |
A hand of applause for my Gov! *with my tongue in my cheek* The poster above me. The Mods want us to laugh this early morning by pushing this to fp. Am laughing hard! |
Wiztonero:NAGODE! What about: Am hungry? I thought uwarka is insult. |
Zeddicuz:Permit me to quote you. There are certain processes that precede general elections. As a matter of fact, they are more important than general elections. Those processes are: 1. Political alignment and realignment. 2. Selection or choice of candidates. 3. Presentation of candidates for primaries. 4. The primary election itself. Thanks. |
Paretomaster:Lafiya. Suna na Gravas. Nagode. How do i say the followings: 1. Am your brother. 2. Am a Northerner or Am from North. 3. Give me money to buy food. 4. What is this? |
Paretomaster:Could you please translate? Am a student. Very eager to learn. Glad to be here. |
Ageco:Independent candidacy is the only way to check the lack of internal democracy in our political parties. Good and competent people are always rigged out during party primaries and stooges imposed on the electorates by party financiers. I support independent candidacy 100%. |
Hellooo... |
Wiztonero:Nagode Wiztonero. Am already feeling at home here. How do i say the followings: 1. Am your brother. 2. Am from north/am a northener. 3. Give me N100 to buy food. 4. What is this? |
Wiztonero:Thanks. What is the English translation of the 1st sentence? I know the last one means "You are welcome" How do i respond? |
Hellooo..someone should welcome me here. This is a very good thread. Happy to be here. |
If he was not properly registered, how come he was cleared by the same INEC to contest for governorship primaries? |
@egbojay. Very good points you have up there. Many movies these days promote materialism, cultism, violence, sex and a host of other social ills such as smoking, alcoholism, indecent dressing, etc. And when you speak against these ills, evil people will quickly attack you and tell you it is civilization. |
These days, students in secondary school don't read their books. It is either they are busy discussing about films or football. This is very worrisome. The end result is that, we are fast producing certificate-bearing illiterates. All the evils bedevilling our society today is due to the glorification of wealth above knowledge, as evidenced in primitive pursuits of materialism. Everybody wants to get rich quick. To this end, hardwork is no longer cherished. Cutting corners is the order of the day. The get-rich-quick syndrome! Movie producers are responsible for the increase in societal evils. I rest my case. |
The issue of cultism in our society today is a big tragedy! Many politicians, lecturers, teachers, drivers and okada riders are into cultism. Even some so-called "Men of God" are agents of darkness! We are living in the society with beasts in human forms. It is really unfortunate. Their thoughts, words and actions fall short of morality. And when you talk of moral values, they will be quick to remind you that, morality is for the weak. Everybody wants to be 'strong' these days. The touts at our motor parks are all into cultism. |
There is famine in the land already! Infact, am seriously angry with PMB for turning a blind eye to the criminal and murderous activities of fulani terrorists under the guise of herdsmen. I think they are hiding behind this veil to execute a well planned agenda. To weaken the people and bring them to subjection using the force of hunger. As it stands now, most of MB and Southern Nigeria regions are under siege. There is hunger in Benue occasioned by the activities of the beasts called herdsmen. For those who may not know, hunger is a potent weapon of warfare. Even in the Bible days. Fulani have no right or reason whatsoever to be taking over people's farms. Govs of NC and Southern Nigeria should unite for once and confront this criminal agenda once and for all. Thanks @OP. |
kuuljay:I agree with you. |
Hahahaha.... The 1st pic is a summary of achievements: Akume - Motor Cycles. Suswam - Pigs. Ortom - Wheelbarrows. Very funny! |
