All of you guys who commented above are really ignorant Just because Op made a single grammatical error doesnt mean he is dull or must have graduated with 3rd class.Now let's assume you guys are right,life is not like that,the most intelligent dont get to be the most successful,and the dullest dont tend to be failures,from my little experience,especially in this country of ours were merit rarely count.
In 2014,i met an old course mate in Victoria Island,coming from lunch break with his colleagues.We saw each other and greeted,he told me he left fidelity Bank for his current place of work,an international company.He has worked for 2 good companies within 2years after NYSC.
When we were in school,this guy rarely come for lectures,he rarely bring notes to lecture halls,he couldnt have graduated with anything more than 2:2,yet he got a job before those of us are the brains in the department then.

Those who didn't write because they weren't invited,simply means this is not your,yours is coming bigger and better
Those who missed the test because of one reason or the other,like sickness,inadequate preparation or lack of fund to travel to your state station,no ones,it is well. A bigger and better door will open for you

If the test didn't start by 3:45pm,then when did you start? And how will you rate the overall conduct of the interview.

Imagine me that was invited,I am not interested again,whereas there is someone not invited but interested.
No,since you didn't apply at all,its a waste of time. Assuming you applied and didn't receive the text,I would have said you should try your luck and go.

If you didn't receive the text and you need this job badly my advice for you is to gatecrash, you have nothing to loose,at worst you will be sent back,especially if the state you live have a station office.
But if you will have to travel far to gate crash please don't,considering the cost and the risk of long journey.
God be with you all as you go,may he favor you and grant you your heart desires

No,I didn't. In fact the SMS looks so informal,it makes me wonder how applicants will be distinguished, is it just with their names or phone numbers. There should be a unique means of identifying applicants, like vacancy ID,application or user Id,like the case of FIRS and FCSC.
I wonder how organized the interview will be,anyone can gatecrash

You welcome. But I never applied for this job and wasn't aware of the job posting in the first place cos I don't live in Ibadan(never been to Ibadan before). Used Google map to get the location base on your request. And if you're really interested in getting the job, I'll advise that you look beyond the bolded. Naija isn't an easy place to live in. Hope you know the drill "Manage". We've always learn to " Manage" even in worst conditions. Cheers

Both SMS and email notifications should be the ideal way of informing applicants, why only SMS.
Anything Government recruitment must have k- leg in Nigeria,na wao

Again applicants were not assigned to any particular interview venue,so they are free to go where they like. I see some venue having very high population than others

How big are their state offices,that they asked all applicants to report there for interview I hope this is not a logistic blunder,like the immigration recruitment.
Unless they shortlisted very few people compare to the millions during NIS recruitment.
