i can work out such a design for you but it might not be approved in few places like Abuja where urban planning is extremely strict, however it 99% of the country either don't need urban planning approval or they would approve as long as basic planning needs are satisfied and i would make sure that they are, if you're still interested, hit me up on Whatsapp.

this simple but elegant two bedroom bungalow was designed for a narrow plot measuring about 30' wide, this house consists of a masters bedroom, a second bedroom, a separate dining room, a kitchen, 6'x6' kitchen store as well as a kitchen veranda. the design is already under construction in Benin city.

design no 1, this home measures approximately 37' wide and 30' deep. it's equipped with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and a sizable kitchen. the first two bedrooms measures 12'x12' while the third bedroom measures 10'x12. bathrooms consists of a masters bathroom and general public bathroom along the center corridor. the living room is 13' wide and 16'6" deep.the dining area is 9'6"x12'6" and the kitchen is 9x9 while the kitchen veranda is 3'x9'. this home is basic but effectively designed.

over the course of the next few weeks, we would be designing and showcasing ten great designs that can fit into a 50x50 plot of land or as a bungalow serving as a boys quarters to a main house. some of these designs have been constructed while the rest have not. the emphasis is on modest sizing and selection of materials.

16mm for pillars while the rings are 8mm.

16mm sized rods was used for the ground beam. we won't add more blocks before casting the German floor because the height above ground is okay as can be seen from the pictures, any more blockwork on top would necessitate building small steps in front of the house which is not desirable to us.

without the floor plan and structural drawing, there's little we can do for you.
