Make sure you don't forget to grant OINP access to your ECA, many people get disqualified due to that.

In the Section of Work History i selected NO for my spouse (dependant).Though yet to write Language test. I choose NO in work history because he is not adding to my score in that area. Are my safe with this decision ?

If you look closely, you will see it’s work experience done in Canada.
So nothing wrong in your decision.

My personal rule of thumb is: Whatever is actually a YES, I dont put a no just to make the application easier for me. These guys take misrepresentation more seriously than you think.

They do background checks. If they discover that he actually has some work history, maybe on LinkedIn, youll have a case to answer.

Doing this will make you submit unnecessary documents.
What matters is what gives points and back it up with proofs. So it makes no sense adding spouse’s work experience if it’s not in Canada as that’s the only way a spouse can add points for work experience.

Like myself, I had more than 1 eligible NOCs and up to 6 years as work experience, but I filled only 1 NOC that has 3 years and some months under my work experience. Every other experience went to personal history.

“Keep it simple” is important when applying for PR through express entry unlike submitting enough supporting documents for study and visiting visa.

You need to reject the ITA as there are no ways around it.

I received ITA from Sask yesterday and I have 2 important questions to ask please.

1. a) How do I go about using a gift deed for my pof as I only have the lump sum?
b) for the gift deed can I state that my mum sold her gold jewelleries and attach receipt of the sale or must the gift deed be a landed property? I will also appreciate other options that can go for gift deed.

You need to add more funds.
I remember paying $1,221 while some paid $1,720 for same CAD 1,500 application last year.

(1) How long was your fund in piggyvest before submitting? (Mine is about a month)

(2) Did you attach piggyvest statement of account (if yes, for what duration. )?

(3) What was included in the reference letter piggyvest gave you (mine didn't cover everything on the cic website)?

Nevertheless, I will forward the reference letter the person got from piggyvest to your mail.

I'm in Canada but it seems our experiences are different. It seems you are battling with low paying jobs. I and people in my circle are doing high paying jobs. I have changed jobs 3 times in 4 years and each movement increased my pay considerably.
When I came to Canada newly, it was rough. I had to go back to school, pursue an in demand highly skilled career and after my first job, I acquired hard core experiences and boom! I became a hot cake. There is no week, I don't get contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn for a job. I just keep telling them I'm not available for now until I'm ready to make another move.

Please help with the highly skilled career you talked about. It can help a plethora of people.

Actually, it is after you have paid for federal application that IRCC that can help lock your IELTS, age, etc. Otherwise, ITA, is invitation-to -apply. You are yet to apply, you can even reject the invitation, so they are not committed to you. It's after submission(AOR).

When people ask for when something is lock after ITA, it's just to know if their change in status could affect them.
Status could include age, language test date, ECA expiry.
So like someone who had a birthday next day after ITA has no problem but someone whose language result expires days after ITA will need to submit before the expiry.
