Zamfara State government has mining lisence from the FG as part of it IGR boost, Ondo also used to have Oil mining lisence till Mimiko sold it, same as Ameachi selling Rivers', Lagos State Government and Folawiyo Oil own Oil mining lisence and Oil wells


Zamfara should be praised.. Audio Seyi Makinde also made the promise during his campaign , he promised to get Mining lisence from Abuja and Build Oyo State Mining Agency to the standard of most mining company to boost the IGR,

As a Sociological concept, a situation is utopian when it is considered unrealistic n unattainable.

Communism is the last stage of socialism. In other words, it is more extreme. In communism, the government owns everything unlike socialism where there is room for private ownership of property.

Another major difference is communism mostly comes with violent revolution from the low class against the middle and high class in the society. This isn't the case in socialism as it doesn't require violence since it's more flexible and democratic...

However, communism is utopian.
