I just concluded my 12 months insurance package with wapic at 100,000 per month
And my total accumulated interest is at N41,000 even though the current treasury bill is at 10.6% I honestly feel cheated. Spent half an hour on the phone with their employee and she can’t seem to give me a breakdown of how the interest was calculated. Who else has worked with wapic before?

I’ve owned a Caucasian shepherd and monthly budget was 40k Royal canin feed and some raw chicken. Plus two weeks checkup at the vet.

I sold him cause I was going abroad for a few months.

But the supposed best vet in my place couldn’t correctly diagnose loss of appetite vomiting and redness in both eyes. She kept doing guess work despite having a card and coming there biweekly. Luckily we were able to save him though.
My friends Samoyed passed away after the vet was just supposed to simply deworm the lil fella. I’ve read several stories here on Nairaland to even prove my point.
I’m not saying all the vets are quacks but majority of them are. I’m not going to risk losing a sweet puppy because of all the inexperienced vets everywhere.

All of you quoting me, note that this dog could’ve been saved if not for the wrong diagnosis. The vet’s medication put the final nail in the coffin.

Hey house I’m a bit torn on which to purchase. I absolutely love the corolla just for the fuel efficiency as I have seen that you can get a whooping combined 30MPG driving in the highway and within the city. My only worry is the bad road it looks like the corolla is too low to the ground.

The matrix on the other hand has a slightly higher ground clearance but a lower MPG. And not to mention a bit slower because it’s heavier than the corolla and they share exact engine 1.8l 4 plugs.

The prices are relative the same with the matrix being slightly cheaper.

So my question, is there any way to complement the shortcomings of the corolla? Maybe getting bigger rims? Or should I just go for the matrix? Are there any other advantage I could be missing from the corolla aside what I just mentioned?

I just bought a landed property on the mainland in Lagos. The current tenant begged to stay pending when they get an accommodation elsewhere and they were given 2 months plus to move out. The previous owner served them quit notice and did not collect rent from them in the last one year. However, the agent that helped in buying the property called me that they have started removing windows, wires and doors from the flats that are already vacant.
Currently, I am at a cross road as to what to do because my intention is to renovate the property once they all move out.
