First and foremost, I am for Republic of Igbo land. However if Biafra is actualized, there must be a dominant culture. There is a marked difference between dominance and dominant culture. Nobody is going to dominate anybody however there is already a cultural affinity amongst people wiling to be Biafrans therefore the manner of social and cultural interaction should be friction-free.
