Science/TechnologyWhy are Nigerian Scientists Not Productive by Guide777(op):
Why is Our Scientists not as productive as their Counterparts in other countries? This question kept bothering me ever since this pandemic arose. When is our scientists going to develop our own Covid 19 Test kit even if we get the results in 36 hours. Where are all these guys parading Bsc in science this and science that? They say the virus is deadly and all of you ran away to hide. I expect our scientists to be up and doing in the Labs like their counterparts in China and US and get us results . No be the same science una read?

PoliticsRe: Wole Soyinka: Garba Shehu Is A Paid Propagandist Hired To Distract Nigerians by Guide777(m): 4:13pm On Apr 02, 2020
Though Shehu Garbage is a Political Asslicker and Paid Propagandist , I think the way he handed this issue was classic . He said Professor Soyinka is not a Medical expert - which is true. Secondly, he advised Baba to make contribution through his own field of literature by writing a Play. I wouldn't ask for a better response if he is my media officer.
HealthRe: Isreal Evacuates 274 Citizens From Nigeria Over Coronavirus by Guide777(m): 8:36am On Mar 30, 2020
Tpave:
Is there something these greater nations are seeing that we Nigerians cannot see?. They're all eager to evacuate their citizens from Nigeria. They seem to believe that in weeks to come that we will loose control of this dreaded disease.
The lord is our strength
I am afraid youth are right. Last two week WHO warned Africa of an impending cataclysmic doom. At that time Africa has changed only two cases. Then the world depopulator - in- chief Bill Gates sounded the same warning. Despite that US has the highest number of Covid-19 infection, they want to evacuate their citizens from Nigeria. Now Isreal has done evacuation. They have definitely anticipating a catastrophy. God please shield us.

PoliticsRe: 22-Year-Old Ojukwu And His Aunty, Winifred, On His Return From Oxford In 1955 by Guide777(m): 9:27am On Mar 06, 2020
gidgiddy:
Below is a picture of a 22 year old, Biafran warlord, Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu and his aunty, Winifred Ojukwu, shortly after he returned to Nigeria in 1955 on completing his studies at Oxford university. Ojukwu bagged a Degree in History.

Ojukwu attended Kings College Lagos, Epsom College, Surrey, England and the prestigious Oxford University, England.

By the time Ojukwu returned to Nigeria in 1955, his father had become one of the richest businessmen in the country with a business empire that spanned Transportation, Banking, Retail, Construction and Manufacturing.

Ojukwu's father took him to his corporate headquarters and showed him a well furnished airconditioned office, offering him a top position in his business organisation. Ojukwu turned his father down, telling him he wanted to make his own way in life. Ojukwu eventually secured a job in the civil service as an assistant district officer of Udi division, just outside Enugu. In 1956, Ojukwu was posted to Aba. It was at Aba that Ojukwu attended a party that would change the course of his life. At this party, Ojukwu met a young Yoruba man called Adeyinka Adebayo, who had just been newly commissioned as an officer of the Nigerian Army. Adebayo told Ojukwu that the Army was in the process of being indigenized and their was a shortage of officers. A few weeks after this party, Ojukwu was promoted to District Officer and posted to Calabar.

On hearing that his son had been posted to Calabar, Ojukwus influential father prevailed on the authorities to cancel the posting. When Ojukwu learnt of what his father had done, he angrily resigned his job and drove all the way to Kaduna where he enlisted into the Nigerian Army as a lowly recruit.
You cannot change the course of history with this your stupid write-up. How can you convince anyone that after your Ogoni Mandela betrayed Ojukwu , he has to end up being hanged by his own allies. I believe you have not realized, as many sensible Ogonis has done, that KSW brainwashed you guys that Igbo's wanted to enslave Ogoni, and take their oil. Even Wiwa has realized this the moment fell into the trap of Abacha and his goons.
I hope Ogoni is now a free nation with a full control of her resources?

In all honesty, what interest does the Federal government have in the burial of Nnamdi Kanu's parent? Is this a national issue? Seems something is wrong with our present day leader
KANU wanted free security coverage at his parents burial. He managed to get the army and police doing that free of charge. How did he do it? He set up a simple bait - "NK to storm afaraukwu for his parents burial".
CrimeRe: Kano Hisbah Buries Igbo Christian, Basil Chukwumeze Obiefule Ejesi by Guide777(m): 7:15pm On Feb 10, 2020
Thane:
They are tons of economic Igbo Muslims in the north, this Abdullahi Obinwa sounds like one of them. They feign Islam, build mosques, go to hajj all for business purposes. When they die, they bodies re still sent home to be buried in the Christian Igbo way. Seems hisbah has had enough of the fake Muslims
Islamic religion is very much incompatible with Igbo culture, that's why Islam have not been able to thrive in Igboland . You have few Igbo's who were coerced through economic blackmail and terrorism but in the end they will pay lipservlce to the faith.
This kind of case is very eye opening because certain things about Igbo culture vis a vis Islamic variance has been unveiled.
Igbo view death as an upstage where deceased either transform to ancestors or diminish to oblivion. Burial of an Igbo outside the ancestral homestead is therefore viewed as sign of wasted life of an efulefu.

PoliticsRe: FUNAM: Fulani Claims Ownership Of Land From Sokoto To The Atlantic by Guide777(m): 3:56pm On Feb 02, 2020
Good morning Nigeria! How was the night?

Excerpts from Ahiara Declaration
By Colonel Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu
June 1, 1969

The Biafran struggle is, on another plane, a resistance to the Arab-Muslim expansionism, which has menaced and ravaged the African continent for twelve centuries,

Our Biafran ancestors remained immune from the Islamic contagion. From the middle years of the last century Christianity was established in our land. In this way we came to be a predominantly Christian people. We came to stand out as a non-Muslim island in a raging Islamic sea. Throughout the period of the ill-fated Nigerian experiment, the Muslims hoped to infiltrate Biafra by peaceful means and quiet propaganda, but failed.

Then the late Ahmadu Bello, the Sardauna of Sokoto tried, by political and economic blackmail and terrorism, to convert Biafrans settled in Northern Nigeria to Islam. His hope was that these Biafrans of dispersion would then carry Islam to Biafra, and by so doing give the religion political control of the area. The crises, which agitated the so-called independent Nigeria from 1962, gave these aggressive proselytisers the chance to try converting us by force.

It is now evident why the fanatic Arab-Muslim states like Algeria, Egypt and the Sudan have come out openly and massively to support and aid Nigeria in her present war of genocide against us. These states see militant Arabism as a powerful instrument for attaining power in the world. Biafra is one of the few African states untainted by Islam. Therefore, to militant Arabism, Biafra is a stumbling block to their plan for controlling the whole continent. This control is fast becoming manifest in the Organization of African Unity.

On the question of the Middle East, the Sudanese crisis, in the war between Nigeria and Biafra, militant Arabism has succeeded in imposing its point of view through blackmail and bluster. It has threatened African leaders and governments with inciting their Muslim minorities to rebellion if the governments adopted an independent line on these questions.

In this way an O.A.U. that has not felt itself able to discuss the genocide in the Sudan and Biafra, an O A.U. that has again and again advertised its ineptitude as a peace maker, has rushed into open condemnation of Israel over the Middle East dispute. Indeed, in recent times, by its performance, the O.A.U. might well be an organization of Arab unity.
