You really want to die cos if nairalanders advise you finish, you will double the dose of that chemical. On the flip side i think what happend to me happened to you. If you zoned out after JSS 3, then you got placed in the wrong area probably on the strength of you then result. You studied wrong in SS classes and are now studying something at undergraduate level you are very weak in. I know cos i spent 8years studying a five year course. If you are bold about it, you can switch now. Or you can struggle like me and just finish the damn thing. You 1st year results and mine are pretty similar but i still finished with a 2.2 and i eventually finished strongly and smashed at MSc level abroad. Don't drink that chemical lil bro, don't look at you unemployed siblings as a barometer. Tomorrow go always make more sense. If someone told me this in 2001 when my CGPA was 1.5 i for no believe am, look at me now na |

Hybrid01: I am a married Lady in my early 30's.am an introvert so I barely make friends.in my house, church etc,I HV ppl who give me cold shoulder in short I don't HV any friend at home&HV heard PPl say am a proud&bad person.it makes me feel sad inside but DT is who I am:I keep to myself.how can I change people's impression abt me? @male married lady Your case is serious. Take 6 pure waters to Shiloh this year, have one of the gate men pray over it for you. Take this pure waters home. Buy a chicken and use 3 of the pure waters to make stew with the chicken, use the remaining 3 to make poundo yam. Eat the poundo yam with egusi, use the stew to eat some agege bread. At this point everything will be ok. Some friends will come share the stew with you. If this doesn't work, go to Shiloh again next year, try to go deeper inside this time, get someone other than the gate men to pray over your next year pure waters |

Unfortunately all that counts for nothing here, at least till you finish that subsea. You will probably do what other students do, age care and the likes till yout MSc is done. You can expect to earn btw 22-35 per hour depending on employer and time of the day worked. |

kennethagada: Please gurus in the house, 1. can i find a shared apartment between AUS$50 - AUS$90 in Perth(western Australia) or suburb? 2. I am going for master of Subsea Engineering and I studied Mechanical Engineering in my first degree, what are my chances of getting a part time job as i would want to start job almost immediately to support myself and how much cant i expert. i have 2 years and 6 month relevant work experience. 3. is any one going to Curtin university from this forum? i will be going by February and will be happy to have a friend from home. contact me if any agascoy2k.2009@yahoo.com No you cannot. Yo would be lucky to find any apartment cheaper that 140, infact I'd say its impossible. Budget like 150-180 weekly to be on the safe side. As for finding a job instantly, its possible. But it does take settling in to know what to do. |

claremont: Skydiving in tandem doesn't really give an Adrenaline rush. Try doing a solo jump next time, and when you have achieved that, try doing a proper military solo jump carrying 40 kilos of kit. You will get a proper Adrenaline rush afterwards.
Good start though, it's not easy jumping out of a perfectly serviceable aircraft. Hahahaha... my bucket list includes solo jumping, but here you have to start with a tandem jump. So i may never get to solo jump status, but 14000 feet is off my bucket list. Posting photos of my scuba dive soon too. That too is a guided tour |

So yesterday i ballsed up and took the plunge. I have a bucket list of things i wana do before i go and skydiving was one of them. Kiss a Kangaroo(done) Kiss a Tiger(loading) Jump off a plane at 14000 feet(done) Scuba dive with sharks at 130meters(booked) Bungee jump(haven't found a trusty vendor) Visit the 6 continents(only north and south America to go) Drive at a major motoGP race(loading) Space tourism(the ultimate dream) So it was a bright and sunny day and i figured, if you are ever gona take the plunge, today is as good a day as any. Its not for the faint hearted. But if you have ever wanted to live on the edge, if you have ever wanted to toy with fate, if you ever wanted to test the laws of physics, then add it to your bucket list too
