Some couple of years ago,a friend of mine got married to this particular lady.
They have been dating for sometime, it was an on today and off tomorrow dating.
When they were having issues while dating ,I was the person that do intercede when there were disputes.
I noticed this my friend didn't really like the girl that much but they kept on pushing on.
My friend eventually proposed to marry the girl and the first question I asked him was do you really want to get married to her?
He was like sure and I was like okay you are good to go and I will give you all the support.
I attended the marriage with all pump and pageantry as millions of naira was spent on the event.
The marriage was concluded and I left for home as the newly married couple went to an hotel for honeymoon.
The next day,I visited my friend at the hotel and saw that my friend and his new wife were having a misunderstanding about what transpired the previous day in the marriage ground.

A sports journalist from Nigeria flew to Johannesburg, then boarded a vehicle from Joburg to Polokwane a distance of about 4 hours to cover the recent world cup qualifier between Lesotho and Super Eagles.

I passed through some South African villages and their roads were tarred.
We are just deceiving ourselves in this country as we are going down every day instead of improving.

A couple of years ago when I visited South Africa, I couldn't but marvel at the infrastructures in place.
Everywhere looking serene and I even heard some cities in South Africa are far beautiful than most cities in the United kingdom.
I went to suncity and it was absolutely marvelous.
South Africa is well organised and to me they are the real giant of Africa.
My African club I support Mamelodi sundowns came visiting and thrashed Nigerian champions Remo stars by 5 goals to 1 and even the South African goalkeeper was angry he conceded a goal.
Nigeria is currently on a downward spiral in all ramifications.
The South African currency the rand is very powerful unlike our naira which is a dead beat exchanging for a wopping 1,500 naira to a dollar and pursuing the best talents out of the country.
Saw some comments of how some Mamelodi sundowns players are driving Ferrari 🚗 and Lambogini and I just shook my head that we have a long way to go in this country.

Night club is suppose to be a relaxation centre but what we have presently is a death sentence area as the nicotine that oozes out of these clubs is a death sentence and meant to shorten the life span of young men and women.
During the week, I went to a club to check on someone and because I have a high level of sensitivity towards nicotine, I felt my whole body literally burning 🔥.
I was forced to ask the security boy at the gate how are human beings coping in the club.
I think there should be a regulation whereby there should be a smoking area for people that want to smoke their lungs off different from a non smoking area instead of polluting the air for everyone.
The appropriate authority should look into this but for me I no de go there make shisha people no come kill me with smoke.
