Christianity Etc › Re: Religious Atheism EXPOSED : God Without Religion and Religion Without God by hahn(m): 1:01pm On Jan 13, 2017 |
4kings: Nope, the only record of their existence was quoted by Eusebius the liar, however the Ebionites were in existence for a 1000 years. The movement of Nazarene who belived in a virgin birth, started in the late 2nd century then to the 3rd century.
Consider this: The ebionites(who were mostly Gnostics) lived for about a 1000 years, were followers of John the baptist and Jesus. For this group of people to have existed during the lifetime of Jesus, and still denied the virgin birth, simply means it was not heard of before.
The virgin birth was first mentioned by Eusebius(as usual) and some of the Romans Leaders, who were trying to form a religion with Constantine, for decorum in the Roman era.
When Constantine brought up the idea of forming a Religion, the council of nicea actually took a vote, to elect the "new universally accepted God" for the romans to worship, amongst the ones that were existing in those days, this includes Jupiter, Neptune, Mithra and many more.
Constantine instructed Eusebius to compile a uniform collection of new writings developed from primary aspects of the religious texts submitted at the council. His instructions were: "Search ye these books, and whatever is good in them, that retain; but whatsoever is evil, that cast away. What is good in one book, unite ye with that which is good in another book. And it shall be the doctrine of my people, which I will recommend unto all nations, that there shall be no more war for religions' sake."
Constantine believed in the Sun God called "Mithras", 5 gods were chosen out of the rest that was brouht forward, then Constantine decided on the name to give this new God and he chose to combine Hesus and Krishna(meaning Christ in Sanskrit) and thus the name was formed Hesus Krishna, which later developed to jesus Christ as time went by
The virgin birth was a concept popularly known amongst Krishna followers, centuries before Paul
There was never a mention or prophecy of the virgin birth as popularly believed in the old scriptures, Isaiah was refering to a young woman in that passage that would give birth during his time. The word "almah" was used in that verse(Isaiah 7) which means "young woman", "betulah" means virgin and was a commonly understood term for referring to a woman who had not met with a man.
As written in the Gospel, Jesus was so popular, then how come this miraculous news was not known by his followers or recorded in the very first books of the new Gospel or is it not worthy of attention.
Gnosticism was most likely was Paul was preaching as i've told you before, Ebionites were mostly Gnostics and existed for years even during the time of Mohammed.

Scholar8200: Well, the quote from Acts suggests that God was involved in the variation process meaning He did not stop interference in nature after the 7th day.
1. Black Genesis 10:6 The sons of Ham were Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan
Verifiable history shows us Cush = Ethiopians, Mizraim = Egyptians. In fact, the Septuagint translates Cush as Aithopia (also see marginal reading of Numbers 12:1). Now what was the distinguishing marks of the Cushites/Ethiopians? They were dark-skinned. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aethiopia
Miriam and Aaron spoke against Moses because of his Cushite wife, for he had married a Cushite woman.Numbers 12:1 NLV
And Miriam and Aaron spake against Moses because of the Ethiopian woman whom he had married: for he had married an Ethiopian woman. Num 12:1 KJV
she was so described because she was dark-skinned. we know this because Moses actually married from Midian, not Ethiopia. Hence, the offence was not that she was an inhabitant of Cush but , being one of the first manifestation of racism, she was a black!
Do a search on those described as Ethiopians in the Bible and it will be obvious they were so distinguished because of the unique colour of their skin.
2. Red GEnesis 25:25
25 The first to come out was red, and his whole body was like a hairy garment; so they named him Esau.
ANd he went on to become the father of the Edomites:
This is the account of Esau’s descendants, the Edomites, who lived in the hill country of Seir. Genesis 36:9
At those times, naming or identification seemed to derive more from appearance. When he said all nations of men, the variations have been factored into it.
Would you say all specie of animals were present at creation? NO! In the creation account, pay close attention to the phrase, "after his kind".Gen 1:12, 24 Do not get ahead of yourself. Adam and Eve gave birth to Cain and Abel. Cain killed Abel then fled to the land of exile and got married. Where did the lady he married come from and who is she? Answer that first with biblical references and then we will know you are serious |
