Romance › Re: What Is A Woman's Beauty Without Make Up by hahn(m): 1:10pm On Jun 14, 2015
A woman's beauty lies in her brains, her character, her ability take care of her home, support and encourage her man to do what's right and make her man feel like a king.

NOTE: This can only apply if the woman is a Queen in her right. Not the oloshos

Christianity Etc › Re: Christ Is The Ultimate Goal Of Christianity by hahn(m): 6:03pm On Jun 13, 2015
I'd have to disagree with you. Even by biblical standards, "god sent Jesus for he so loved the world". So, in relaity god is more concerned about the world than he is about christ.

That said, christians should focus on making the world a better place through good deeds, positive socialising and discouraging anything that will hinder the growth of the world. There are so many people starving in the world, have you as a christian done anything about it? As a Nigerian do you still drop pure water sachets and other waste on the sides of the road thereby blocking drainages and causing floods thus making contributing to making other people lose their lives and properties. As a christian in government, do you "share the money" instead of using the funds as allocated to you?

Do you hate on other christian denominations? Do you discriminate against other religions and condemn anyone who doesn't share your belief to an eternal confinement and suffering in hell? As a christian, do you love your neighbours irrespective of their tribe? Do you bother to put a smile on someone's face for no selfish reason?

I believe these are the things god would have wanted if he as real as you paint him to be

They also need to FIX their bank accounts. Even if a girl is prepared to date you when you're broke, it doesn't mean you HAVE TO be broke deliberately.

Get a job, start a business. Just get some money!

Did you even read what I wrote?? Did you even read the title??
I doubt she did. That girl really has comprehension issues.

Your post is nothing but realistic, straight forward and indeed the topic is a very critical one especially when one puts into consideration the after effects of a comment after it has been made, the power of the internet in spreading such comments and indeed the capaciaty of the average Nigerian mind to stop to verify whatever information that is being passed as unfortunately Nigerians are not much into critical analysis of the information that falls on their laps.

Unfortunately, so much hate is being spread over the internet. There is a mental war going on between different tribes and many keep fueling such hatred out of sheer ignorance or a lack of something to say.

While the African Americans have been able, to some extent, to overlook whatever tribal/religious difference amongst themselves and have instead found strenght in their unity, the rest of Africa still feels comfortable dividing ourselves over such bigotry.

It has been apparent to me ever since that the core problems we face are our different cultures and probably, permit my boldness, the sole fact that in Nigeria, and Africa as a whole, we are unable to seperate our personal beliefs from a total respect of nationalism.

It was quite disheartening when during the election campaigns we had youths, graduates, and even adults who were comfortable with arguing along tribal, religious and ethnic lines even to the extent that some people are considered as "visitors" in another part of their own country while others are considered as hosts.

Until we as individuals are able to fight for the greater good of our nation, Africa and the black race as a whole and put aside our individual differences by upholding the law as provided by the constitution we will always be faced with such divisive issues.

To all of you mocking Zimbabwe know that Lagos owes more than Zimbabwe

The devaluation is linked to near zero forex and boycott of Zimbabwe farm products by Europe and the West since he kicked the white farmers out.

The artificial US dollar which has a $14 trillion deficit is worthless than the Zim Dollar.

Stop being so myopic and know that Mugabe is the only African leader at the fore front in the battle against neo colonialism.
Your points actually raise lots of questions

So, instead of the governor being ashamed that he can't provide clean water for his people despite the allocations he got from the FG he instead thought it wise to honour someone from another country who did HIS job.

bushdoc9919:
I want all of you who think that the Chibok issue is a scam to go to Chibok and tell the parents of the missing children what you have just said here.

I also want you to go and tell people whose kids and relatives have been kidnapped that it is a scam.

Look...the kidnapping did not happen because someone wanted to disgrace GEJ or because someone wanted to achieve an agenda. The kidnapping happened because we live in a messed up world. We live in a world where men and women do exceedingly bad things. And this is one of those bad things....that happened and has happened to many girls in the region. Not just the Chibok Girls....there are hundreds of parents who are weeping for their daughters tonight. Who speaks for them?

I don't know what is wrong with you Nigerians. Every day, you Nigerians come on this site and spew hatred and bitterness for other people. Since we got independence, lots of you have allowed yourself to be used by the Prince of the Power of the Air to further his agenda on earth. You willingly allow him to use your bitterness, anger and hatred to destroy others. And you laugh as you do it. Because you somehow think that you are paying back your enemy the Northerner in his own coin. Well.....are you any diferent from the Jihadis? From the same people you hate. Are you not all victims of the same bitterness.

I don't care if I am the only Nigerian who thinks this.....but to everyone who thinks the Chibok girls thing is a scam, and to all those who back Boko Haram, to all those who hate other tribes, and to all those who commit vile acts in the name of religion, tribe or hate.....to all those who chose to follow the Prince of the Power of the Air......I say to you......you must mend your ways. Do not allow the hatred you feel to consume you. Do not allow the bitterness and hate to destroy you. The Chibok Girls are not your enemies. Your enemy is there. Do not let him take over. Resist. RESIST!
True talk.

Please, which one is the "prince of the power of the air again"? That's a first

Lol. More like grass to disgrace. Popularity on a faceless forum doesn't count in the real world and neither do his rants. He's a classic example of an educated illiterate. He should request for a refund from whatever school he attended because his education is a waste

This only proves how worthless our titles are. How many igbos, yorubas and other Nigerians who are NOT muslims can bear the sheik title?

Crappy leaders and traditional rulers that we have in this country though

*modified*

Thanks to some guys who quoted me and pointed out my ignorance. So, he is actually NOT a sheikh BUT he still has a title and a street was even named after him. What exactly is Jay-Z's contribution to the Nigerian economy? Just because he came for a concert he had to be given a title and have a street named after him?

I'm a big Jay Z fan but until wiz kid has street named after him in the US just because then I still find this a highly misplaced priority

Its just pathetic. You cannot have a meaningful and insightful arguement with these people. They quoting an old outdated book solves the problem... How can't they see that the same book they quote is raising more issues?
Beats me

They've been told the same things over and over again by people they hold in high esteem and its really difficult to come to a conclusion that they are living in a lie

You have been quoting bible all day like a zombie... Do you actually sit down and think? Or do u just read and form a meaningless world view based on stories in a mythical book.

From your posts both Judas and Satan were instrumental in the death of Jesus and this death was actually his mission on earth... Shouldn't they be acknowledged? Just as Mary was uses to bring in Jesus to the world... Everyone instrumental in Jesus accomplishing his mission should be acknowledged.

But instead of addressing this and clearing the air you are busy rambling about how Satan entered Judas and how Judas was greedy like anyone cares. The question is... Shouldn't they be acknowledged for helping ur saviour accomplish his mission?
Lol. How is that guy going to be able to process what you're asking of him when he can barely compose a simple sentence?

Omenka, you get time.

These people are allergic to rational and non bias thinking. I still have a headache from reading the nonsense barcanista wrote. They are supposed to be the opposition but unfortunately their criticisms are borne more out of personal bias, immaturity, a resentment for the president and a deliberate attempt to ridicule the goverment instead of patriotism.

PMB still has time to prove himself and every rational mind knows that reshaping Nigeria will take time and its obvious that things are being handled differently by this administration. I guess they miss the old ways of doing things

Religious stories ARE based on lies or at best unverified stories such as this unfortunately no one took pictures of Jesus Christ back then and man was way primitive at the time. Unfortunately, such stories have continued to live on due to the fact that our pastors(who know the truth) warn their members not to question "god's word" and encourage them to have blind faith
