Just trying to do my part to save people from going to hell. Please let's join hands to kill all the babies and young ones in the world. Let's also castrate our selves and make our women infertile. Enough of too many people going to hell! Or do you want go partying in heaven and drinking champagne while some of your generation roasts in hell? Even if they choose that part by simply not believing he exist?
I support this cause. However, christians will NEVER do such a thing because "someone" needs to live in the beautiful house god has blessed them with or drive that beautiful car. Christians of these days are not ready to kill or even die for eternal salvation.

But muslims might take this seriously. By blowing themselves and every one else up they'll be able to qualify for heaven and their 72 virgins via jihad while sending the rest of the world into a well deserved hell.

Beautiful! So, when do we start?

Yeah, nature favours Nigeria on nuclear energy, but when it is built, you won't leave it in the hands for Nigerians to manage, rather expatriates.
Most developed countries are having problems on how to successfully dispose off their nuclear wastes.
Most European countries are looking for other sources of power generation.
Nigeria shouldn't toll this path, other sources of power generation can be harnessed but not Nuclear.
Nigeria should focus on creating 24hours power supply for at least 10years before talking about nuclear energy. The fact that there are other countries have started doesn't mean Nigeria is ready for such. We still have non functional health, electricity sectors, bad roads, biased judicial system, security clowns(police), indiciplined army officers, a retrogressive educational system, lack of nationalism amongst other things to deal with

We have not even ventured into harnessing solar and wind energy or even maintaining our dam. Nuclear "anything" should be the last thing on our minds

LOL. This is the pinnacle of stupid. Einstein was not Christian, he was Jewish!

He was not religious, though he did not call himself an atheist, rather he preferred agnostic or pantheistic.

This is what Einstein wrote about his religious belief in 1954: "It was, of course, a lie what you read about my religious convictions, a lie which is being systematically repeated. I do not believe in a personal God and I have never denied this but have expressed it clearly. If something is in me which can be called religious then it is the unbounded admiration for the structure of the world so far as our science can reveal it"

In 1945 Guy Raner, Jr. wrote a letter to Einstein, asking him if it was true that a Jesuit priest had caused Einstein to convert from atheism. Einstein replied, "I have never talked to a Jesuit priest in my life and I am astonished by the audacity to tell such lies about me. From the viewpoint of a Jesuit priest I am, of course, and have always been an atheist. ... It is always misleading to use anthropomorphical concepts in dealing with things outside the human sphere—childish analogies. We have to admire in humility the beautiful harmony of the structure of this world—as far as we can grasp it, and that is all."

In a 1950 letter to M. Berkowitz, Einstein stated that "My position concerning God is that of an agnostic. I am convinced that a vivid consciousness of the primary importance of moral principles for the betterment and ennoblement of life does not need the idea of a law-giver, especially a law-giver who works on the basis of reward and punishment."

....Einstein sent Gutkind a letter in response and wrote, "The word God is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses, the Bible a collection of honourable, but still primitive legends. No interpretation no matter how subtle can (for me) change this. These subtilised interpretations are highly manifold according to their nature and have almost nothing to do with the original text."
What do you expect from people whose belief system was built on the foundation of a lie?

You are jumping all over the place. Firstly, you have not established that this God exists. Man is made up of cells which came from other humans who came from other humans.

Do I know the origin of first life? No, but some people are curiously investigating it. However, to attribute this origin to an unseen imagination called God is laughable
I agree with this too but its necessary that you try and see things from that other guys point of view. There is always going to be a universal curiosity over the origin of existence and until either theists or atheists are able to prove beyond reasonable doubt each other's position there will continue to be unending arguments and discussion over the issue.

Its safe to say that neither position is correct at this point

Now there is a relationship between you and your picture. One is naturally made & the other is man made. You could explain the making of one which is your picture but the making of your actual self is something you will still never fully comprehend till you die.

So why you could easily understand religion, the concept of God on the other hand will forever remain a subject of study as you can never fully understand His workings, & curiosity or doubt does not mean that you don't believe His existence you're simply curious
I agree with this

That's the thing with ignorance. When you believe "only" what you're told its easier the believe the story but when you take your time to educate yourself and seek the truth, its easier to differentiate a "magical fairytale" from reality

When I encounter European and American atheists, I'm not so shocked. But when I see African atheists, I'm amazed by their folly given the everyday manifestation of demonic and evil spirits in this part of the globe.

Y'all atheist try to look smart by talking about science and logic in the analysis of God's existence. Fine, you haven't seen God, neither have I. But didn't your science and logic tell you that for every action, there's an "equal and opposite" reaction? And if any of you dare deny you haven't encountered evil spirits and their works, or at least, you can't acknowledge their existence, you know within you that you're deceiving yourself.

That said, what is the opposite of evil spirits which Christians believe their source of power is the Devil?
We Christians refer to that being as God but he's not equal to the devil, he reigns supreme over everyone and everything, just the same way satanists believe the devil reigns supreme.

If you're are an atheist, contact me and I'll introduce you to a friend who's a spiritualist. By the time he's done with you, you'll definitely believe in God. You all just need more proof to believe and I hope you get more than enough proof soon.
You mean to say your friend is a very good illusionist, right?

most of the things we know in science today are guesses. Guesses based on coincidences. The fundamental forces, their origin. Quantum mechanics, string theory. They are all guesses and theories proposed to explain a group of coincidences. In the case of God, I choose to believe that he exists because at this point, everything science is leading to proves that their are indeed other dimensions. Other worlds. Simultaneously existing in our space time. Everything we think we know. Is becoming lies. Scientists atre busy proving themselves wrong here and there. We have gotten to the stage in science where it is extremely difficult to test any of our theories. After centuries, we cannot explain gravity. We do not even understand the atom. All we do in science, is to guess. And later, confirm our guesses. Now, there has been no evidence that proves that God doesn't exist. But. The evidence we have points at a deliberate creation. A deliberate design!
The atom! No body has seen it! The electron, it exists in probability fields! The photons! They exist and at the same time, do not! Not to talk of the universe! Everything runs like a clockwork. Perfectly! Every action, followed by a reaction, every thing we discover newly in mathematics fits right in with the previous. It is as if we are unravelling the very programming language used to create us! Time, space, blends in perfectly into each other, everything seems planned! Look at the sun. It's power gave us oil. And we have used that oil to this moment and we are discovering how to harness it's power directly. Each time the earth is in danger of destruction, it survives! I mean, why hasn't man blown himself up? What is stopping us? Why is it that earth is always at the brink of destruction, yet you and I are still here? Why do we know what DNA is made of, yet have no idea how it is made? Why is it that everything we discover can be classified based on previous record? It's just too easy! Why hasn't an organism with man's intelligence dominated the seas? What about the birds? We have had the same time to develop. Why are we the best?

There is so much that proved that this world is not alone. That this world did not come by chance, that this world is running on specified rules, that an infinite intelligence was involved in the synthesis of this world. Which is why, I choose, to believe.
Truly, your assertions are correct. In which god do you believe in exactly?

Bravo @ your response @ akanigbo. I've told him the same things time and time again on several threads. There is hardly any point of constantly trying to hammer the achievements of the moors if the couldn't share their knowledge with the rest of Africa especially when you consider the level of under development across Africa.

Also, black Americans wouldn't have achieved the amount of progress they have without the aid of the whites. But no, he'll rather argue about just how whites are thieves nd blah blah blah. Can you even believe that he actually called me a liar for saying that we don't enjoy constant power supply just because I'm always able to reply his comments. Him no know as e dey go at all.

I've always challenged him to come to Africa and stay for 2years but he keeps ignoring to take up my challenge. This issue really shouldn't cause much of an argument, if he's really as intelligent as he claims we might as well share ideas on how to transfer the ideology that aided the African American in achieving what they have acheived albeit not on African soil.

By the way, I'd appreciate it if you can send me a copy of the ebook and whatever else you can spare. My email is soh.8686@yahoo.com

The simple question is, why will an almighty god find it difficult to show himself to his creation? Because of sin? Didn't he create lucifer/sin? Didn't he know lucifer would revolt? Why did he bother to create human beings when he knew lucifer would taunt us? Why didn't he just kill lucifer so he won't taunt us? Why do we have to pay for 100years(if you're lucky) of sin with eternity of pain and torment in hell? How does that make him merciful? What's the point of praying to god for power supply or praising him for its restoration when ill end up paying my bills at the end of the month? Why can't I be rich without working? Why should I thank him for the rewards of my labour? Why do people who don't believe in god become successful while some born again christians put on over sized coats and can barely afford to raise their kids?

Why can't he just show himself to us in moments of doubts? Why do I have to be 100% holy before I can see him? Can't he take time to persuade me since actually showing himself is the best form of persuasion? Why should I praise him when one little girl is found in the rubble of an earthquake while thousands of people, including other kids, have died? Why didn't he lift the rubble of the little girl and elevate her so people could find her without going through so much trouble?

And the questions go on and on until you stop bothering yourself with expecting answers from a non existent being

Pray for me through who? The same god whose priests you have pointed out like to sleep with little kids of the same god who likes to stand by while people perish daily or the god that couldn't save your ancestors from slave trade?

As regards my race mix, you need to understand that it gives me the ability to see both races for what they really are without sentiments.

The same blame game you play against the white man is the same way an igbo is still bitter because yorubas killed most of their people AND also the same way yorubas always want to believe that ibos are trying to steal their land. No matter how much you try to blame someone else, you'll also have yourself to blame. That's life

My ancestors sold their own brothers as slaves and that's probably why you're able to enjoy the enlightenment in the US. Let's face it, if whites hadn't come to take some Africans as slaves, you'd probably be here dressed nude, hunting for zebras somewhere. The moors you always like to refer to didn't see it necessary to teach their fellow Africans from their wisdon but rather decided to go and liberate another continent. Therefore, you should understand that their achievements are of no value to the rest of Africa. Especially in modern times.

And you're making the same mistake by sitting down in the comfort of equal rights, constant electricity, laws that are upheld(most of the time), modern technology etc and you can't even come back to Africa to share your knowledge.

All you do is sit down there and whine that the white man is blah blah blah. While I'm here running an honest business faced against numerous odds and you feel you have the guts to tell me you're standing for Africa? Please!

If you come to Africa you'll find out quick, you're not an African American, you're just another American in Africa taking up space.

When have you ever known Africans to have a World War where millions of their own people are killed? Much less two World Wars where the same thing happened again? Because that is what Europeans have did.

Most African conflicts are regional and in most cases they boil down to ethnic conflicts that erupt due to encroachment on each others lands. When you look behind the conflicts it is usually due to the Europeans and Arabs encroaching onto Africans lands in the first place and pushing people off of their land, which cause displacement; and that is usually the genesis for the ethnic wars.
You just love to blame the white man for all your problems yet to speak their language, went to their schools, use their technology and live under their laws and benefit from the white man's achievement.
