That’s a popular belief.

Though the higher the phone capacity, the more likely you download more app which will consume more data.

Travel / Re: Nigerian Nurses And Midwives With The Dream Of Working Abroad Let's Meet Here. by haiti007(m): 9:44am On Aug 21, 2023
Hi everyone

What advice do you have for a student nurse who is about to graduate in few months as regards preparation for relocating.

Also, I heard that Nigeria has been on the red-list country for UK and they don’t hire from here again. Please how true is this, and what is the solution to this situation?

Thanks

Truly, they are only lusting over themselves. When children starts coming that will be the true reality befalling them.
As a true born again uprooted in righteousness, can you allowed your children to be raised with the unbelievers?
As an Islamic Extremist, would you allowed your kids to be raised by the infidels?
If they can answer this question, then goodluck to them
This is true, maybe the relationship is sweet like this because it’s still very young

Well, there's nothing wrong with it if they can be matured enough to respect each other's religion. Stay where you find peace of mind.

Nairaland / General / Have You Seen A Union Between A Born Again Christian And A Muslim? by haiti007(m): 4:45pm On Jul 09, 2023
Truly, religion has been a major barrier in so many potential relationships, especially if both parties are both extremist.

But then, what if the other partner is the one you understand the most and he also understands you as well. What if he/she is the one that has all the qualities you have ever imagined or looked out for in a partner. What if the relationship is peaceful without frequent fights and nagging, are you going to allow a breakup because of religion?

My colleague asked me for an advise about hi new relationship with a Muslim lady. They have been together for almost 6 months without any issue unlike his previous relationship. The girl doesn’t demand, she doesn’t nag, she’s hardworking and homely.

Truly, I figured that this my colleague has more peace of mind than before in this relationship, so when he came to me for advice, I couldn’t say anything to him knowing about his previous failed relationships and also getting a decent relationship today can be very hard. Again, I also have consider 2cor 6:14.... which says “do not be unequally yoked with an unbeliever.”

Considering this two factors, I just have to tell him I’m busy and we will discuss about it later.

So Nairalanders, do you think that both can work together with the differences in religion.

NB: the lady too is a strong Muslim who is not viewing leaving her religion anytime soon

Pardon my grammars, I’m working on it already😁

Based on the August, 2022 adjustment to the SA critical skills gazzette, Nursing is now regarded as a critical skills which you can use to get a 5year work permit and instant PR if you have up to 5years work experience when you get the critical skills visa.

Thanks for this information🙏

I will have to forget about it for now as I don’t have up to 5 years working experience yet.

Good morning chief, please do you know the opportunities for Nigerian nurses in South Africa.

Secondly do you know about the process of settling down as a nurse in SA.

I’m almost done with my RN program here and I’m considering getting my RM, PHN and BNSC in SA, but before I study I’d have love to work and gather some funds.

Thanks in anticipation

Top APC heads? They dare not. Even Sanwo-Olu will have to use a diplomatic process to tame him.

If we are being sincere, we need someone who can control and tame the level of thuggery in this country. Our youths have all become touts. I don't see that changing under a Tinubu presidency.

Touts have been so empowered so much that policemen will need approval of the state authorities before making an arrest. It's that bad.

Exactly, Oshodi and Lagos island are worse. Those tout will do whatever they feel like doing and still getting away with it.

I saw a scenario sometimes ago of a tout assaulting a young boy and there were policemen around and they stood aloof doing nothing.

A passerby couldn’t stand the inhuman treatment, so he parked and plead on behalf of the young boy. Those tout warned the man that if he refuse to drive off now he will be the next victim.

What a Lagos we live in

The fact remains that, no matter where you come from, not matter your strength, no matter your juju, you cannot confront Oluomo in his own turf except your dad is one of the top APC heads

That’s all well and good but his stomach might need sugar de-pumping one day and it’ll be to his advantage in the long haul. Carbonated drinks (so far as they don’t contain copious amounts of lithium and preventive insulin) can be dangerous things. One ought be reminded of that.

Maybe they studied with scholarship. If you studied with scholarship you must go back to your country after studies. That is the rule. Also after studying here in the extreme cold for seven years, you will miss home. Some of these doctors also want to explore the west so they choose to do their residency in an English speaking country like Nigeria, their home.

Okay, I understand now.
Please do you have any idea if there’s a program for nurses (conversion program from RN to BNSC?).

I’m almost rounding up with my diploma in nursing now and I’m planning for traveling out already.

Thanks chief for this honest review, but I’d like to ask; I have noticed that some health workers especially doctors travel down from Russia after their study to practice here in Nigeria. I have met a lot of them here in Luth, does that mean that they don’t offer job opportunity to foreign students?
