Hello guys.. I'm Agnostic, I still love gospel music and the hyme book. I don't know about you guys religion maybe shady but the music is lit.. Most especially the hyme book. The songs are great.. I was a chorinster.
I still sing many gospel songs.. Cos I enjoy it. Of course I don't believe in them, but the melody and some lyrics still gets me singing and emotional sometimes matter of fact I make myself get emotional to the music sometimes cos it makes me enjoy the music more..

I was talking with a couple atheists days ago about how I still sing some gospel songs and they were like I haven't truly let go Christianity and I tried explaining to them I am a great music lover and that listening/singing to gospel music for me now is like listening to a normal pop song.. I tried to explain to them its all about the music... I even told them the fact I am able to still enjoy gospel music as a normal music shows how not into religion I am. But they still felt I am supposed to ignore gospel music..

Either ways.. The reason I created this post is to actually ask atheists/deists/agnostics here that were formally Christian if you guys actually forced yourselves to stop listening or enjoying any Christian music... Cos I think that would be a bit weird and too serious..

I grew up from the background of Priests preaching sermons only; but when I joined Pentecostal, interjectedly I will the Lord says there is someone here..... I will open my eyes if it was during prayers and try to see who is with the Pastor at the altar.
After sometimes, I get use to it and when testimonies began to come out, I began to be filled with expectations.
Later, I began to pray to God to speak to me too and God answered my prayers.
I can tell you God does speak, but will need to pray to God to give us hearing hears.

You guys should thread with care cos there is a very thin line between constructive criticism and demonic criticism. You won't know when you will cross that line.


Hakeem4 is criticising an app because it contains church giving. Nobody asked him to use that part of the app.
Even atheist bodies solicit for funding and it is optional because they cannot survive without money. If they approach the banks they will add it to the app.

If I may ask you, is there any religious body that can survive without the VOLUNTARY contribution of its members. There is no compulsion in donation. If you cannot give leave those who have the freewill to give to there religious organizations to do so.

Please leave Gods work for him. In Christianity we don't fight for our God because he is more than able to fight for himself.
