if my understanding of this post is correct, why should people be advertising illegality? these are the spoilers of this our country. moderator, pls consider placing sanction on such posts/posters, haba! |
This is the only area I am struglling to believe: RACISM AT WORK AT ARIK AIR LIMITED The Chairman of Arik Air Limited, Sir Joseph Akinola Arumemi Ihkide, a Nigerian, is in the habit of referring to his Nigerian employees as black monkeys and joins the expatriates in putting his Nigerian beasts down, as that is the only way they believe they can get the best out of them. |
cgift:I really wonder o my brother! its even more worrisome when youths, young men and women engage in such meaningless fights. At the slightest opportunity serious threads and discussions on NL get reduced to tribal fighting. na waaooo!! |
otokx:That is not the issue and does not justify his killing, ; may his gentle soul rest in perfect peace |

@poster, Much as i do respect your opinion, but i do not agree with you on that. At least the Ogbaru road (odekpe-atani-ossomari) which was abandoned by the previous regimes has now been almost fully re-constructed during Peter Obi's era; may not be much but to me, it is a great achievement. |
When Col Gadaffi recommended splitting for us (Nigeria), we were all raining abuses on him. Now, it appears it is the most sensible advise. |
Can we really say for sure that those girls are Nigerians? I don't see any evidence to prove that indeed those girls are definitely Nigerians; they may be from other Africa countries or even Jamaicans. |
@aisha2, Nice post and also very enlightening! Well done |
who cares?? |
good one! kudos! |
jooh naa!!, can someone pls help? |
Hi, does any one have an idea of what it will cost to install/erect a good quality and durable overhead water tank (preferably with 4" pipe) in Port Harcourt; for a storey building/Duplex; that could carry two or three 500 litres tanks. would really appreciate a breakdown of the cost elements. thanks. |
finally? |
@poster, there is really nothing from your your story that seems to suggest that the girl is a ghost, |
who said so? |
what is your location (city/town)? |
great idea! yorke:lets don't always look at the negative side of issues, let's focus more on the gains. |
… my thinking, I could be wrong anyway Atiku may have conned others PDP Nothern presidential aspirants, including IBB into keying into the Northern consensus candidacy gimmicks. Atiku is well experienced in dirty and money politics, and hence appear to pose a major threat to GEJ. Recall what happened at the PDP convention of 2003 Facts is that it will be in interest of GEJ to break that ranks of Atiku supporters which also include IBB's former supporters. Fact is also that IBB will most likely trust GEJ to protect his interest (economical, politically, and otherwsie) than Atiku. IBB is not sellable nether by PDP nor any other party, and he already knows that. For IBB to attempt to run for presidency, at this time on PDP platform or any other party is a futile and wasteful effort; and he equally knows that. The best way for GEJ to crack Atiku’s supporters is to break out IBB supporter’s This appears to be another strategy to achieve that. I therefore would not want to rule out the fact this may simply be a possible master plan between GEJ and IBB to ensure victory for GEJ. |

@poster, u are correct. i heard of someone it happened to last week. every body should read really be careful, especially at this season. |
the is a fantastic post and very useful to me. i always have this ear pain each time the plain is descending, but then i have never had explanation for that. infact i used to think its peculiar to me alone and may be a non issue to any one else; such that each time i want to fly, i keep thinking of the pain i will go through when descending. thanks to all the contributors here. at least my fear has been allayed, and at i can try out any of the suggested solutions. |
Good one!!, but then i respect the CBN Governor, Sanusi for owning to his statement. Some dis honorable politician will try to deny or even try to make it look like they were quoted out of context. Just imagine how the HMoF was trying very hard to dance around the issue - shame on him!! |
, infact, i would rather prefer the total package as xmas gift!!! wao! |
