Phone issue

I can remember my first journey. I hated my phone. It was a Herculean task to answer phone calls, so if it's not necessary, I don't.

That's when I stopped watching movies. I hated the sound of music, TV, radio et al.

Oddly, I believe he's sincere. Circumstances can make someone to do unimaginable things we regret later.

Unfortunately for him, this is a human life and no remorse is enough. The proper sentence for him is death and the rest is between him and his Creator to judge.

I only pity his innocent children and family members who will have to carry this stigma with them for life.

here I am forcing myself to take fruits and vegetables which normally I could live on but pregnancy changed it for me.thankfully I don't react to my routine drugs. God will see us through.

By His grace. After two journeys, ii learnt the hard way not to even try drugs.

Blood tonic will give me constipation, sometimes folic acid will get stuck in my throat. I've decided not to take my antimalarial except I really have it because the sickness that follows is not funny.

You people are trying oh, let me just be loading healthy food here.

Sha, it would be good to feel there are others with us. At least, we can come and rant to people who would understand and even help. This thing called pregnancy, the gift is worth it, but the process is another thing entirely.

Please, Mamas should not be scared. This is our hangout zone. Where can we be ourselves if not here?

The strain on the shoulder with the small one is not something I look forward to. But there are times one can be lazy and that's a cool alternative.

Large mortar would be my first choice. Big family of three, plus I love the way we do things traditionally and sometimes do it willingly. The mental satisfaction is the reward.

You make good points but my reason for not preaching balanced diet is because I have come to understand how much harder it is to maintain such on a budget like most Nigerians are on.
Plus, for me, it is hard to do that when a meal consists for instance of Pizza and fries or bagels and cream. I take supplements instead - the vegetables and fruits come when they come.

Balanced diet is all good and well for those who can afford it. But the majority , who I suspect can't, can still be made to realize that the loaf of bread or garri to be swallowed should be done with wisdom.

True, very true. It will take time though.

Funny enough, I prefer my fruits and veggies fresh to supplements. That's my go-to snacks for maintaining a healthy diet.
