I'm early February, though going by history, I will most likely port to January.
Thought January Mamas would be free of MS for now. Mine is yet to hit. Or maybe it won't show up at all

How body now?

Stay positive, pray and declare positively about your pregnancy and baby, tell God you want a healthy Baby Girl. I prayed all through my 2weeks wait declaring exactly what I wanted; God was merciful and answered. I got 2 Boys and an easy pregnancy.

My Lines never got darker even though am pregnant with Twins. I also had zero symptoms early on after the initial cramps and light spotting I got before I took my official test after 2weeks of Embryo transfer. The only thing I did to rest my mind was go for a Beta HCG test which showed high numbers.

I continued with Zero symptoms until boom one day, I got hit with Food aversions first, zero pepper in food, nausea (never vomitted), funny taste in mouth, only carbs, hot food only, fatigue, heart burn, sleeping like I was bit by Tse-Tse Fly etc followed one by one.

At my first scan around 6weeks, the Transvaginal scan also didn't pick up my babies easily but immediately my Dr switched to Abdominal scan, both babies were clearly visible. Everyone was kinda surprised because we believed Trans vaginal scan should have showed them clearly and better that early. Take care and rest well.

One mistake most spot traders make is trying to micromanage their positions and catch every dip and rally...

The earlier one knows it's impossible, the earlier your portfolio is saved... I trade better when I hold few positions, look at the charts once or twice a day and just set alerts at strategic positions... I don't see tge sense in babysitting positions as a spot trader.... If youve been doing it for a while, ask yourself how successful has it been...

I'd use yesterday as an example.... When I woke, betece was dumping and I'd been stopped out on some alyt positions.... It was around 36.5k then but I knew it'd likely get down to 35k ish to take out the liquidity I talked about yesterday.. Eitherway, it was the first rejection off 40k and with 33k having held for so long, I expected the top to at least be tested more than once...
Eitherway, my ada then was at 1.7, I could have sold and targetred 1.6 but I let it be and went about my day.... By evening, it was still at 1.7.... my point is simple...to me, not every trade is worth taking...

Most folks who try to catch every move end up outdoiing themselves... Look at the bigger picture, select your trades and avoid the noise... Crypt0 is a 24/7 volatile market... Always be at peace that you cant catch every move and trying to do that will only ruin your portfolio

Will you advice day trading or swing trading for someone who wants to learn, especially with the present market situation?

I've learnt from some people that it's easier to start learning using lower time frames, but those time frames are more volatile too.

Also, how can one know areas of liquidity on a chart and how to avoid/make use of them?

Another one, I know you've tried to explain why you prefer trading against Bitcoin or with, but can you explain in a layman's terms for us noobs?

Good evening everyone. Please I need reviews of pregna care max and if it makes one sick because I don’t understand the way I feel these days.
I intend switching to one a day after this pregnacare Max is exhausted as I can’t bear swallowing three big tablets, thing is honestly too much for me but I’m trying so I don’t miss a day.
Last week I had an episode of a threatened miscarriage/abortion and since then I’ve been on compulsory bed rest, staying at home till I birth hopefully and I’m not having fun either.

I've always had serious and prolonged MS with both pregnancies, so even taking folic acid was a task I hated. But I can remember craving milk and eggs, fish and health combinations a lot which helped.

There's no need to over stress yourself over prenatal vitamins as far as you eat healthy ND nutritious meals. Im not saying not to take it, but go for what you baby and body can tolerate.

If it's just simple ferrous sulphate and folic acid your body wants, don't force it to accept other things.
Go with your normal pregna care and eat well.

Preggo mummies, I need help and prayers. I'm now 5 weeks and 1 day. I've been having PMS like cramps since week 3 and it has yet to subside. I took about 6 tests on different days which all came out positive but faint, and I read somewhere that the line should be getting darker gradually, but it's not at all.

Also I'm noticing that some symptoms I had are no longer there, like the slight sore breasts and nausea.

I was so devasted this morning thinking I'm going to have (or may have had a missed miscarriage).

Anyone with such experience? And please your prayers, and lots of baby dust. I'm really attached to this pregnancy despite having two kids already ( probably because I want a girl now)

As far as it's not painful, it should be okay. Your cervixis closed to protect LO always.

Ok. I also forgot. Zobo is good for bp but not inn pregnancy. It can cause contractions. Just go with vegetables, a lot of it. Will do more research for you too

Please i know they are some vegetable one can blend and drink dat works well for BP. I would appreciate if anyone can suggest the name of the vegetables to me or what i can do naturally to reduce BP.
My bp was ok till i got preggy. Thank you

How many months along?

If you are already taking drugs, it's best to wait and see how much it regulates your BP first before adding other things

Low blood pressure is dangerous,. especially in pregnancy. You can just try eating healthy like lots of vegetables and fruits.

Zobo works well too and cucumber. And lots of rest.

For 10% weekly, you should have a comfortable and relatively large portfolio.
