I'm 33weeks preggy, the hospital I registered here in Benin has been really monitoring me due to my past experiences (stillbirth due to HBP).

What I've been advised by our consultant is they'll monitor me till 37weeks and bring out the baby....my Edd suppose to be April 4th
I can't wait to meet my princess.

My question is.... Have any mom here delivered at 37weeks?

I pray all turns out well for you. You don't have any cause to worry, just pray and prepare as 37 weeks is just shy of 38 weeks and considered premature. Anywhere from 38 weeks is full term.

Mine was at 37 weeks and like 3 days. Vaginal delivery. He's a healthy 2.5 years old old now, just went to school. No complications post birth or anything. Infact, I was discharged within hours of giving birth to him sef.

At 37 weeks, almost everything is set in your baby for survival. They many just want to monitor things for a bit to ensure you'll both be fine and then let you go. All the best.

True. Looking at the wounds, it's the surface we rub against clothes when washing. People will use the same detergent for other activities without injury so it's friction that caused those wounds.

Similar happened to me with Klin. Don't believe it's the detergent though.

It's been long I washed with hands, and it only happened as I was washing children's socks after washing other things.
I believe its the coarseness or nature of material he's washing and how sensitive and soft his skin is.

He should use a brush for hard materials instead like jeans or look for a milder detergent, or more easier get a washing machine.

The problem with 'do me, I do you' is that it's the grass that suffers mostly.

And DH doesn't help matters. Let's buy this, there's no time, it will soon be Sept... He kept delaying and na so me too follow am. That's why I now advise other women to pack hospital bag from 7 months.

If you see the way those nurses insult me finish that day, I no mind them since I don five birth finish hitch free, but I no wan any repeat of that episode.

It's possible it's not that she can't afford it. Probably was unprepared for labour at that time.

Happened with my second. I kept saying there's time. 37 weeks and a few days when labour hook me in the middle of the night with only DH, I went to hospital with no baby clothes and even forgot wrapper at home.

I almost gave birth at the entrance to the labour room sef

May Allah protect us and our loved ones, from being with kidnapee or the the kidnapped.

It would be nice if we prayed and helped through our actions to correct such wrongs in our society. It could be someone close to you who falls into such.

If it was out of good wil they're saying this it would be fine.

Avoidance of cold water? really? now i'm confused. I was advised to be taking cold water o maybe because of the bleeding i experienced last week. They said it will make my body/tummy cool as hotness may trigger another bleeding. What do i know? As a FTM we download every advice hahaha

I notice that it makes it worse for me, even though the weather is hot sometimes. I just take my water straight from the tap. That's my only reason, even though that one hardly quenches thirst unless I drink a lot.
