no its not one ethnic group.
Edo is a state with several tribes in it, each having its own distinct native language.
The majority are the 'Bini' people with their hometown in the ancient City of Benin and its surrounding villages.

me thinks that the phrase ''and how does that affect the price of garri'' when used as a reply (though usually annoying), is nairalanders' way of saying what's the relevance of whatever post/comment' they are replying to.

But i don't know y i fell 4it. Beliv me, it wasn't greed. We joined a taxi to New Benin. Bt he made sure we stopd b4 d last bus stop like he was avoidn some people. We walked thru a shortcut to Okhoro bus park. On getting to okhoro, close to Holy Spirit Catholic Church, he led me to a house where we met a man.

Dat was d 2nd phase.


D man asked me how much i had. Said i didnt hv much. They brought some papers, dipped it in a bucket of water mixed wt some chemicals. When retrieved, d papers had turned to money! I was like 'cud dis be 4real?'' their story was dat they needed more moni 2buy d chemical and dat if i contributed, we wud all share d 'fake' money. It was then i began to recover. Told dem i didnt have money and they reluctantly let me go after much futile persuasion

@poster: christainity isn't about any person on earth in particular. Its founded on the truth of God's word. U may have legitimate issues about how some people practice it, or about the 'effect of their faith' on their lifestyle,that however dosen't change it from what it is.
Rather than ask the question to which this thread seeks answers, i'd suggest you get to know the person of Jesus and his purpose/plan for mankind. And when you do, please hold on to that truth and disregard all lies-spoken or acted out. God bless

how would u say such a thing? Its better to ask ladies to marry men who love them in return. From the way you put it, you are asking the ladies to marry those who love them regardless of whether they(the ladies) love them at all :/

@lilkech: maybe kerosine or smoke or gas adds up to the taste of food. D fact s dat food prepared wt firewood usually tastes different and better even most times. It ha nothing to do wt anyone's individual taste bud :p
