Not always true bro. Many very classy ladies are settling for non educated guys. There are no husband's anywhere. The eligible ones are not willing for commitment and the ladies are not getting younger. The ladies now get the below class and clean them up.

Good educational or financial status cannot guarantee peace of mind which is what most men look for in marriage. No man wants to turn his home into a battleground. Women think men are insecure around successful ladies Usually those are women who read too many magazines written by women. Men are looking for "mothers" of their children and not a jet-flying lady who barely has time for the homefront. No man wants his children to be raised by househelps or a nanny. Why marry in the first place? He is better off with a babymama then. Men want to go back to home not a house.

Sadly some women realize this a tad too late in life. A smart lady should get married between 20- 25 years. It will be more difficult at 26-30 and downhill above 30. Above 35? It is over!
