Phones › Re: 7 SIM Cards Can Be Linked To One NIN - Pantami by HandsomeBlack: 9:21pm On Jan 10, 2021 |
If you still believe 7 sims per person is not too small, it's either you don't run businesses or you've not worked/managed a big company before. In this age of Internet Of Things, a sim card is needed to connect many of the IoT devices. Someone mentioned about having a fleet of 45cars with car tracker installed on each. For those of you who fail to understand the genuine concern, imagine that this businessman with 45cars also runs a generator sales business, a laundry shop, and a pure water factory. He needs different customer care lines for each of those businesses. Only customer care lines can be up to 2 or 3, depending on the size of the business. He can't link those lines to staff NIN because they can be fired or resign anytime. Also, If you're a netpreneur who's business needs constant availability of data, you will find it wise to have the 4 networks so you can switch when one is acting up. Since the major reason behind this linking is to checkmate criminals using phone lines to commit crimes, even if one person decides to own a million sim cards, they can all be traced to him if any of them is used to commit a crime. If at all there would be limits, it should be something higher to accommodate genuine business people and companies. |

Oyo people, you can see how this menace has begun small small. You see we SW is now under siege, na like this e dey start small small.
I urge us to abandon the useless 2023 presidency agitation and squarely focus on our independence so we can form the perfect security according to our own design.
Do not listen to those who tell you presidency will save you -- it's a lie. Its the same trap they're setting for the Igbos. In other words, either us or the Igbos are being played (at the very least). But the likelihood is that we are both being played and only those who get to reap from this deadly arrangement some of you unfortunately mistake as a nation are the bunch of fellow indigenous greedy corrupt fools -- and I'm sure you know their names. You get sense. vicsongreat: Why are the igbos mocking and talking rubbish against the yorubas? Aren't we suppose to be one in this fight? What kind of stupid nonsense is all of this...sometimes I get tired trying to understand how some of us reasons.
All the south should be one and United now than ever....pls enough of all this divisive talks here and there. How are you sure the people making those comments are actually Ibos? I have my reasonable suspicion that a lot of the people fueling Yoruba vs Igbo rants on nairaland here are not Igbos or Yorubas. Let's be wise and not repeat the mistakes of our fathers. |

The FACT that there are many couples that tend to resemble themselves after years of marriage and intercourse gives credence to this DNA transfer claim. Although more research still needs to be carried out on this subject, I think there could indeed be a possibility. Science is a progressive knowledge that challenges old believes and leads to new discoveries. J111333: This will serve as a good defense line for our cheating wives.

InvertedHammer: / The key lies in the bolded not the work/business. So asking not be disrespected is insecurity? Or do you think only successful ladies are disrespectful?
/ Disrespect can be relative depending on who's defining it. Shaking an elder in Yoruba culture is disrespectful but in Igbo culture it is not. For couples, a man can see his wife as disrespectful when he orders his PhD holder wife running a thriving business to quit (so that he can have pounded yam whenever he comes back from work) and then she objects. It could be anything else. I know a man that said his wife disciplining their son without permission from him is disrespect to him. |

InvertedHammer: / Good educational or financial status cannot guarantee peace of mind which is what most men look for in marriage. No man wants to turn his home into a battleground. Women think men are insecure around successful ladies Usually those are women who read too many magazines written by women. Men are looking for "mothers" of their children and not a jet-flying lady who barely has time for the homefront. No man wants his children to be raised by househelps or a nanny. Why marry in the first place? He is better off with a babymama then. Men want to go back to home not a house.
Sadly some women realize this a tad too late in life. A smart lady should get married between 20- 25 years. It will be more difficult at 26-30 and downhill above 30. Above 35? It is over! / You made very salient points here. Honestly, a lot of men do feel insecure around successful women. You will hear things like: "Oh, is it because of this your work/business that you're disrespecting me?" To be fair, it takes special wisdom, diligence and maturity to balance work and and family (home keeping) responsibilities for women. I'm not excusing wives from their responsibilities though. |

Hmmm. A rich guy can come from abroad and head straight to marry a semi-educated girl in the village. Same is not true for the ladies. An educated and/or financially independent lady will seldom marry a man who has not attained her level of academic/financial status. Naturally, she desires to marry a man that is higher than her in status or at least in same status with her. Unfortunately, most African husbands can't stand the guts of a wife that is better than them academically or financially because the later will revolt the traditional headship and control exercised by the former, thereby bruising his ego often. |
