He has spent billions to upgrade the airport. Dualisation of the airport road and a host of other construction activities is taking place there.

His vision is to make Ibadan the second Go to airport in the SW after Lagos. And as you know the airport is a federal government property but the FG from Buhari's administration has been magnanimous to allow him do the upgrade.

Upgrading it to an international status will even add more to the economy of Oyo state.

More airlines are now plying the Ibadan route, Airpeace,Green Africa etc unlike before that one flight takes off in a day..

Btw,Do you know by the time Tinubu became Govornor in 1999, Lagos already had about 30Million residents. The most populated Nigerian city even till date. I guess it was Tinubu that made the rush into the city abi?
