What does remote part of Ikorodu mean, are other humans not living there? My parents moved to Ojota (Lagos) in the early 70s when it was regarded as a remote area and people made fun of them for living in a "village" but they were unperturbed and rather used that opportunity to acquire plots of land there! Today you can't even buy a plot of land with a face me I face you bungalow on it in Ojota for less than N35m!

Rather than hustle alongside her husband to see how they can both earn and save to buy a plot there and start something modest on it, she is giving ultimatum!

The husband has been an enabler, reason for the boldness!

Your brother no matter how busy he is, must create time to personally go register their children in school and let it remain that she refuses to prepare them daily for school.

Just hope your brother doesn't collapse someday from so much pressure....we lost a neighbour through such, it was after his death that his lazy wife began to ask what she can do to earn income to fend for their children.

1. Seyi Makinde gave agbowo shopping complex to a contractor for renovation and conversion, the contractor will use the shopping complex for 50years after renovation to recoup their money. is that not daylight robbery? even if its construction from scratch, whole 50years is something else

2. Seyi Makinde spent over 5bn to renovate lekan salami stadium but on the date of commissioning of the renovation rain fell and the shed that they spent 5bn to construct on the pitch started to lose water and every participant get wets

3. Seyi Makinde spent over 16bn on construction of motor park terminal but unfortunately only 1 has reached stage of completion while work has stopped on the rest 3 terminal

4. Seyi Makinde took loan running to 150bn presently but we cant see any project that gulp such huge amount of money

zero investment on science and technology, zero investment on education, xero investment on health sector etc

Alimony can be in cash or property as determined by the judge. The judge decides everything in a divorce case.

Actually, we do. It depends on your wife and her lawyer. Most women in Nigeria don't demand for your property. I've seen cases where a man lost his property in a divorce, right here in Nigeria.

In the West, demanding for property is a cultural thing, unlike in Africa
