I was charged about 38,000naira when i paid way back in April.Dont know much you would pay now..However,I do not use Paypal..Havent used it ever sef..But i hear folks saying here they pay through Paypal or something..I dont know about that sha..

As for your access bank,You can have it reactivated or any Bank that issues Visa card cos na only Visa card ETS dey accept from Applicants from Nigeria.

You cant use a GTB mastercard for TOEFL..You need a Visa Card..I used an Access Bank Visa card when i wanted to do mine and it went through easily..Mastercards aint accepted..

SaharaReporters has learned that at least three people were killed today by female suicide bombers targeting the Fotokol mosque in northern Cameroon.
Citizen journalist reports have told SaharaReporters that the death toll may by at least five people, with as many as 20 injured. This marks the 16th suicide attack in northern Cameroon since July, according to the AFP.

A source speaking with the media said,"A (woman) kamikaze blew herself up near a mosque in Fotokol. A second one was neutralized and killed. It was obvious the two suicide bombers were targeting the mosque."

This attack occurred 24 hours after two suicide bombers left five dead and 14 injured in the northern Chadian down of Ngouboua.

Cameroon has been a leading member of the region’s Joint Military Task Force (JMTF), which has intensified its military action against the Boko Haram insurgency since early this year.

The Nigerian army announced the membership of a five-man panel charged with investigating misconduct by some of its officers during the Ekiti and Osun State elections in 2014.

The President of the Investigative Panel, Major General Adeniyi Oyebade, told the media and public that the panel had two weeks to submit a report of their findings and recommendations to the Chief of Army Staff Tukur Buratai.

The members of the panel include: Major General Adeniyi Oyebade as the President, Colonel Danladi Salihu as the secretary, Brigadier Generals Emmanuel Kabuk, Sunday Araoye, and Baba Ibrahim.

The illegal incarceration and torture of Adamu Koli was intended to lure Captain Koli out of hiding.

SaharaReporters tried to reach Brigadier General Momoh on his cellphone, number 803 703 3694, for comment, but he refused to take our call. Mr. Momoh’s ringback tone of a Martin Luther King Jr. speech was the only thing our correspondent heard before Mr. Momoh answered, then hung up when he learned it was the media.

SaharaReporters has previously attempted to reach Brigadier General Momoh, to learn whether his lackluster redeployment to the Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) was the promotion he was hoping for, but he refused to take our correspondent’s questions.

Brigadier General Momoh was not the only military officer implicated in the Ekiti and Osun State election scandals. SaharaReporters published evidence which indicated that soldiers under Brigadier General Momoh’s command participated in election fraud. The evidence also implicated several officers in the facilitation of a three-week vacation for the top military officer in Osun State, so that Mr. Momoh could replicate the Ekiti election fraud there.

Major General Oyebade told the public today, “as most of you are aware, the last general elections conducted in March 2015 elicited criticism in some quarters, especially from the general public, particularly on conduct of Nigerian Army personnel during both the gubernatorial and presidential elections respectively.” he added, “these allegations were centered on the gubernatorial elections conducted in some States such as Ekiti, Osun, Rivers, and Akwa-Ibom, to mention a few.”

I have to call your attention to the Attitude of your Moderators..Its High time you curb the excesses of your Moderators..About a Week ago,on the "Ashawo Beer Parlour,Share Ashawo Joints and sexcapades here"..Discussion veered from only Sex to how Nairaland can be bigger and greater with lots of sensible comments coming from everywhere.Almost everybody contributed a thing or two..

Then all of a Sudden,The Moderator in charge of sexuality decided to hide the comments on the threads,comments that had to do with how to make Nairaland more better..I was so surprised as there where no abuses nor attacks of any kind..

I felt bad as the comments where things seun himself could make use of..I made my displeasure known by simply saying hiding those comments where unfair,while comments wont be hiden when some trolls come in the thread and look for trouble,The Moderators would look the other way while e-fights go ahead..

I thought i just made a comment,no until i got a message from Rocktation telling me i should be careful of my words..I was so surprised that on a Public forum,the moderator could actually challenge me for making my opionion known.I replied him/her back telling him i never did anything wrong and that he is just being hypocritical..Was surprised when i got a Ban..I got Banned for about 5Days or thereabout..That was when i knew something is definetly going wrong in Nairaland..

I thereby call on Seun Osewa to check on the excesses of he's Moderators..When MOD'S Starts behaving like demi gods then something is wrong somewhere..I never did nor said anything against the Forum..
