Pastor knows who he is speaking to. Surely Not everyone that goes to church on sundays.

What he is saying is the truth of God's word. Not his own words. It is a reality in christ. Even if he (pastor chris or all pastor in USA m) dies of Covid, that doesn't disqualifies the word of God.

Is it a good idea to marry a girl cuz she is pregnant for you even though you don't love her. I have till this month to make a decision cuz their parents say that if the girl gives birth in their house the child automatically becomes theirs and will never be mine.

In my tradition, any child born outside wedlock belongs to the girl's family too. I am Igbo. I don't know if its perculiar to Igbo tribe.

That being said, A child cannot be the only reason why you consider marriage. Even though its regretable to put the life of a child on the line considering the impact such a decision will make in the life of the child. Not with standing, you owe the child a responsibility of catering for his or her welfare.

At the same time, you have to be sure of what you defined to be love. Cos a situation such as "pregnancy alert" can frustrate a person and make him or her question what they were once sure of. What am trying to say is that if your definition of love is just a feeling, at this point am not expecting you to love the person. You must had before now known the lady to an extent. Is she the kinda woman you want as a wife if yes. That feeling will come back when things are right.

Las las, you both (the young man and the lady) have to seek forgiveness from God.
