mabella2: I was thinking you should have done those courses in your bsc as that is the reason you have to send your transcript. I did those courses already in my bsc. Will check the Athabaska university though....thanks for the info |

Chinnie4Jesus: When I put to bed I will inform cic and they will request for an updated pof, babies birth certificate and passport and I will need to pay an application fee for baby too. My passport will be stamped before baby is born so will have to send babies own too with the other doc. 1 Like 1 Share |

[quote author=boldinc post=57985762]You did not understand her post... She meant her question (the one she asked you... Pls read it again) is what is off topic. Not anything you wrote. To answer that tho... If you deliver after landing in Canada, your child gets a Canadian passport immediately. If it happens before, You will need to notify CIC. So sorry...her post wasn't clear enough though 1 Like |

Please I need urgent help. Aor March 31St Medical passed June 1St. Our background check has been on NA until I checked today and saw we are processing your background check so am hoping that is IP2. If that is IP2 am also hoping ppr will be coming soon by God's grace My issue now is that I am travelling to the US this weekend for the birth of our baby and won't be back to Nigeria until ending of August..my husband will also be in SA for work till first week in August. I have read that time limit to send passport is 15days but we both won't be In the country. If ppr comes this week or next can we both risk sending our passport from different countries hoping we get it back before we need it to leave where we are. If that is too risky please what do you advise as I won't be able to send the passport till two months after the passport request. Will definitely be back to share my ppr time line once we get it. Gurus in the house please help. 1 Like |

Hello everyone ..thanks for your help concerning my mum as I was scared she won't be able to defend herself enough..I prepared well enough with her and she went for her interview this morning..I gave her my visa page data page flight ticket doctors appointment and she went with her statement of account but none of this document was checked. Vo..where are you going. Mum..Houston Vo..what are you going there for. Mum...to assist my daughter that plans on leaving end of June to have her baby..I plan to join her end of July and will be spending two weeks with her..I have her visa here flight ticket doctors appointment. Vo..what do you do Mum..am a teacher. Vo...how many children do you have. Mum..4 Vo...have you ever travelled out of the country before. Mum..been to dubai severally uk and going to Canada by July then from canada to us to assist her. Vo...gave her white paper. Mum...asked is that fine ..can I go. Vo..your visa has been approved. Hello mum...please I need an answer to this. I just applied for my mum today as she keep insisting she can't leave me all alone. I will be travelling end of June and she plan to join me end of July. Her interview is in two weeks...Am not so sure my mum will be able to defend herself. Can I follow her to support it or let her go alone. She is a teacher and the vo will obviously expect her to be able to defend herself alone. |

Dhollargurl: It is really best you apply again with your hubby it gives you upper hand.. But if your hubby won't be available as soon as you tell the vo you going to give birth quickly add that your hubby is sponsoring the trip.. I did that for mine and I got it at once plus my husband travel history helped even though he didn't apply with me as soon as I said he was sponsoring the trip he asked questions about how much he earns, has he ever been out of the country etc before coming back to me. Also try read fellow mums transcript that helped me alot. I am positive you will get it once you apply again ..you probably didn't meet a very nice vo..try pick early morning appointment by noon I guess they get tired. |

Kathyjex:It took a week...just google Ghana police report or get to the site from cic page..it cost 300dollars when I did mine about 149K in naira...you will have to get someone in Ghana to go collect it for you and then scan to you. |
