There's no where quran direct violence towards "Non-Conbatants" whether muslims or non-muslims.
Thus, anybody found doing so is acting against the law of the quran.

We have many verses in the bible where violence is directed towards "Non-combatant" old, young, female animals and even tree.
Have you removed those verses from ur bible?
Don't we have christians using it to justify non-christians as AMALEKITES and they should be utterly destroyed.

And i called you an enemy of peace because any step taken to improve interfaith co-existence, people like you always oppose the movements.

I can't just say haven't because to the best of my knowledge i have. However, you may have some ways of helping me out by directing my attention to where i might have gotten it wrong at least from your own point of view.

We all have choice as long as we're still breathing. And there will always be someone who is yet to have one. Propably the person is doubting the one he has already gotten.
As a religious person, u should have some messages about ur faith that will convince the person that he has found a reliable choice.
