Do what in advanced countries? You guys just tout this advance countries as if the rest of the population don't know where the airports are. I have probably notched up more certificates abroad than you may ever recieve and at no time have we sat in a program and you have people sleeping. If you feel strongly disturbed by sleep, walk across and take a cup of coffee , or espresso or whatever is on offer and you come back and listen to stimulating conversations. Spare me this story about you get your ass sued. Yes America sues virtually over everything doesn't mean they get judgment over everything they sue on. One party will always lose, so there.

Did they go there to sleep? Assuming this is true. Even in civil schools you don't insult a teacher by sleeping in his class. I had a Ghanian lecturer who will throw you anything at his disposal if you as much as yawned in his class. He will tell you if his class is boring, just leave but don't say it to his face. And he was such a wonderful lecturer

You had a contract with him. That contract is void as it is against public policy. You can't sue him on it. It is inherently fraudulent. Count your losses and move on, or find another way of settling that score with the guy. But seriously you wanted to buy a degree certificate?
