Thank God you just assured me that I will always have something to make a living,
As you are working hard I am not sleeping.
Lass lass both of our hustle wil pay but I can make more better decisions than you because of my additional knowledge,
You might always bring your business secret to the labour market because you can't compute large figures,
And you might not be able to tap into some aspect of business because you can't comprend the abstract nature of it.
Not everyone will be fortunate and dangote.
Were there not others that work hard along with dangote during his starting times can you tell me their names now?
Time and unexpected events before all.
What is worth doing at all is worth doing well,
Give your children the best education and not only inherited wealth,
And you think Dangote became big by interpreting that your diagram? Get real bros, even some courses we were taught at MBA classes, the lecturers never failed to tell us that we only needed those basic knowledge as the real simulation will be done using appropriate computer program. Making money is not by working hard it is by working smart, unless you belong to the same school of thought as my father

I am working hard enough to employ and pay a lot of people who can solve the question without me or my generation bothering about it. We could pay you too, if you have the solution

Definitely, maybe as a "junior replacement " in the office. Hopefully, by 2023, LL.B will be in the bag.
You will need to replace about 8 more juniors who are already in the business of trying to replace me and perhaps a few more who would have joined the fray after now
Education › Re: “I Am In The Bus” Or “I Am On The Bus”: Which Is Correct? by hardbody: 7:50am On Apr 08, 2019
femi4:
Both “in” and “on” could be correct in this sentence, but they carry different connotations. “I am on the bus” would be the much more common usage.

I am on the bus” would be used to describe the process of riding a bus as a method of transportation from one place to another. You might use this in a message to give someone an update of your status on the journey, for example, “I am on the bus home from the train station; I'll be there in fifteen minutes.”

“I am in the bus” might be used to describe your location, inside a bus rather than outside of it. You might use this in a message to a friend you were meeting at the bus station, to help them find you.
I align. I concur.

Though I am in far away Nysc orientation camp in Paiko Niger state, thus not being able to make it to my convocation ceremony. But I'm so happy to be among the 42 First Class graduates convocating today at the federal university of technology, Owerri.
My cgpa is 4.55 in the department of mechanical engineering.
I am so happy I made it.
congratulations to me.
What's next? advice needed on how to succeed with this feat in the outside world.
The number two coloured name in the photo below is yours sincerely.
Quickly look for scholarship opportunities abroad and try to see whether you can run a PhD program with your first qualification, I hope I am right about skipping mphil with your First Class. If you utilise your opportunities, and there are numerous, the sky is your starting point. Congrats bruv

I weep for this country. Did any other person read what he said about chopping from the dining table and others looking out from the window. So it's a time to chop the country dry. The ones I pity are those expecting anything from this government. As for who they pick as minister, etc, I don't give a flying feck, I run my life, my gen, fuel it, secure my house, fix our street, and do basically everything for myself so I don't care one hoot who is appointed and from wherever.

your an educated fellow.vhope you realise the difference between lease and purchase... and do you know that C of O can be revoked.
With a lease, interest reverts to the lessor at the expiration of the lease period, purchase is outright. Yes, CofO is revocable at the instance of the government with compensation payable for the unutilised interest on the land and not on the developed property. The scenario above does not in anyway apply to the extant request bro.

You did not gift land to us, we bought them. You CAN'T take back what you have alienated and received financial consideration from. is this too difficult to comprehend?

If they give us land, after some time they will collect it back because they said in Igbo land, land belongs to families and not government. If any of our members dies here, the corpse is taken to Awka for burial.

What type of fvckery is this angry angry

Igbo's in North have total freedom in fact so many of them have assets more than the average Hausa man, but yet they can't reciprocate what the Hausa's are doing for them in their erosion ravaged region?

Bunch of opportunists
Gift and purchase are two different concepts. my understanding of the write up is that the Hausas are asking for a gift of land, while the igbos generally purchase or buy land. i do not think people have refused to sell land to them, at least i did not read that claim in the write-up, it is only gifting that has not happened

dierich:
Please ignore my grammatical errors.

I've a friend and he's very close to me. we know each other more than 10years and he has been the only friend close to me right now. I was living alone in a 3 bedroom flat and he always come to sleep at my place. I'm happy coz I won't be the only one sleeping in the house.

it started when he bring 1 of his girlfriends to my house, he uses on of the rooms and I didn't complain, but the issue is he kept bringing them in and I'm tired of it. the most annoying part is the way he's using the bed. stains or shit. it came to a time I've to wash the bed coz I'm tired of seeing stains on my bed, though I'm not really using the bed but it's still my property. I've been ill since December last year, I told him what I'm facing, and even lie to him to show how critical my illness is, but that doesn't stop him from bringing them in.

please can someone advise me on how to stop him totally. he found my place d best for him since he's still living with his parent.

I don't want to offend someone that's why I want the best way to table it to him.

right now he's with his gf at my place. this particular girl use to stay overnight.. same thing last week Wednesday. and he won't even tell me someone is coming. we went to bed together Around 10pm, and by the time I woke around 1 to pee, I found out he's not by my side again, I check around and went to the other room to found him and the girl.

I'm sick of this. please how can I stop him without malice.
thanks
Corner the babe and kpansh her. She one will stop coming out of shame. Thank me later

Anybody can claim to be anywhere at the moment, it doesn't make any difference... Arrogance is when you tell me u have more certificates than I will ever have in my life.. That I said things like that don't work in saner climate is now your definition of Arrogance right? That said, I repeat, it is not in every climate that u will throw things at your student and work away with it... There is nothing u will preach to me that will change my opinion... Not even if u decide to snap a picture right now with Trump..
Lol. Ok. You win. Can we shake hands? Have a good afternoon. I am actually being distracted.

Mr arrogant nobody gives a Bleep how many certificates you have up your sleeve.. It puts no food on our table.. I might not have had those certificates but have been privileged to be in saner countries where things work.. And no sane lecturer will throw a kettle or anything at his sight at you just because of an action you have no control over and thinks he will walk away with it ... With all your so called certificates, you still don't know that a boring class is not the only reason why people sleep... Las las if dem investigate your matter dem go find out say you never cross this country, na just noise u dey make.. Sometimes we deserve how we are treated by things we stand for... Am not surprised you said this lecturer is from Ghana, it just have to be an African
Several things you raised that I do not think I want to join issues with you but just so you know, I don't ever make noise about these things because they remain inconsequential. I only addressed earlier points you raised and just in the event it matters to you, I am chatting at this moment from one of your saner climates that you won't let other humans rest about. And it's not as if people like me can't still find hiccups here, it's just that at the overall levels, things are a lot more clinical out here than there are at home. Having said that, spare me your arrogance, you started it all.
