Abeg how will a right thinking person believe that nonsense in the first place? 🤷‍♂️🤣
Maybe you are not okay in the head. Why does the CJN need to stress himself that much when he can easily talk over a phone. Plus, some wailers said Tinubu is in the hospital so, how come? 🤣

People have made themselves stupid all because of their hate for Tinubu. Funny how a lot of dum swallowed the fake news. 🤣
Let me repeat for those wailers, Tinubu is the president elect, no one born of a woman can change that, not even the CJN! 😄

If Una like keep wailing about "stolen mandate" like Obi is an angel. Make I see whether Dem go troll their boy "Hundeyin" for not being on their side. 🤣🤣
Losers!
Telephone conversation is not sacrosanct and details can be applied for and obtained from the telecommunication company. The fact you do no understand the security implications does not make it non-existent. Those guys are smarter than you will ever be in your next 100th reincarnation. There is a reason Whatsapp says that conversation across their App is encrypted end to end. However, I doubt Tinubu or even Aryiwoola can hear each other on Whatsapp.

Did Keyamo read this? I am ashamed of that guy, honestly. Even external entities saw first hand the ethnic profiling of Igbos in Lagos by APC yet that hoodlum said he is petitioning Obi and Datti for inciting comments. Even when Tinubu said election results are not served a'lacarte but you must seize it and run with it, then Oluomo talked about mama chukwudi, etc. I was taught in Equity & Trust (301) that he who comes to equity must come with clean hands. Why is the Pandora not contesting the election results and the process and instead maligning the contestant who's the authentic winner?

The answer is that the election is very credible and free most especially the presidential.

Please this is no bashing thread. A hiring firm is trying to make decisions and our responses here will help .
Let us put this way, the lady is employed and she takes six months to be reviewed and made a permanent staff. She then gets pregnant and starts delivering less than half her time because of her condition. She goes on leave after 9months of limited production and spends 3 months at home nursing and baby sitting. She comes back to the office after 3 months and is allowed break time to suckle the baby and then close earlier than usual. By the time you are done cumulating all of these, how many months will the lady be working for you in the circle of three years.

Again, in the petition. Labour party wants the court to disqualify Tinubu on certificate forgery, unlawful nomination of Shettima among others.

Some of these cases were settled in court already, it is more like trying to resurrect a dead body. Court already dismissed and cleared Tinubu of these allegations in separate charges filed by different persons/political parties and in separate judgement not long ago.

Why is Peter Obi and Labour party making a mockery of our judicial system by bringing up again, already dismissed charges?
File this in court and stop sharing it here, we are tired. You don't seem to understand the difference between plea bargain and a matter that went to court and was cleared by an acquittal r at least a discharge. Even a discharge does not end a matter if there is no acquittal.

If you know wole Olanipekun so well, you will know the court will be done within hours barring any ceremonial adjournment just to make the sitting look atleast a little bit solid.

Chief Olanipekun, SAN, OFR, CFR that made A!T of partisan Raymond Dopkes! ' crawled on the floor and begged for their life' claiming it was the 'dev!L's work' when Tinubu through Wole Olanipekun slammed a 150Billion naira lawsuit against them for defamation in 2016 on this same 'druglord propaganda'.

When was the last time you saw A!T, a pro-PDP media house ran any anti-Tinubu campaign on their station during this electioneering period? They were quiet all through the campaign period, unlike before; Olanipekun put them in their place.

I wont be surprise if after this case is done and dusted, Tinubu will also drag Labour party to court for CHARACTER ASSASINATION & DEFAMATION . ( Dem go slam 300billion lawsuit against Labour party, and you obidients will just wail and cry about it for nothing. And i hope you dont cry: 'government suppression & oppression' then.)

Politics › Re: FCT 25% Requirement: Olisa Agbakoba Saw This Coming by hardbody: 9:06am On Mar 22, 2023
Obinoscopy:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zzNchKUi6MU

The former President of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Olisa Agbakoba, actually saw this political conundrum of 25% requirement coming and wrote to INEC seeking clarification and also seeking their understanding of Section 134 of the Constitution which states that the winner of a presidential election must get 25% of the casted votes in two-thirds of the States and the FCT. He wrote the letter in January, 2023.

The video above even shows Agbakoba asking the INEC spokesman, Festus Okoye, this same question and Festus dodged giving a response. He simply said the INEC Chairman will be the only one who can answer this question and the Chairman will only answer this question after the election is conducted. The video was before the election.

See the video above.
The learned silk was goading and prompting the INEC Chairman to go to court earlier and get a legal position from the Supreme Court so that this impasse can be averted (note that government apparatus can do this without costs to the entity) but because INEC had its own agenda, given the persons that appointed them and their belief in the infallibility of the rigging process, Mahmoud chose to ignore this ant infested wood, now it has come back to bite his azz. I am happy that this provides an opportunity to improve the jurisprudence and legislative interpretation of our laws. This will be an extension of 12 2/3rds of Awolowo Vs Shagari.

Politics › Re: Tinubu Drug Case On Peter Obi Petition by hardbody: 8:09pm On Mar 21, 2023
akingangan:
Tinubu is such a genius.
He could have given countless responses when the hateful campaign of Peter Obi kept using the drug case to campaign and discredit Tinubu.
He literally gave them the silent treatment such as is advised when a court case is going on to avoid self-implicating.

Defense
1. He was not convicted
2. He was not found to deal drugs, he was an accountant that was likely paid with drug money from a client
3. You cannot stand trial for the same offense in two courts in different countries.
4. Out of Jurisdiction - If a crime was committed it was not in Nigeria and no court had prosecuted him for that in Nigeria

Now
Tinubu himself said he was a security doorman in Chicago while he was a student at Chicago State University.
It is very likely that he had acquaintances that would have used his service. This was Chicago in the 70s and 80s!

Redemption
After that, he worked as Accountant at Deloitte the number one accounting firm in the world,
He has been a Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria,
He has been Governor of Lagos state
He has been Freedom Fighter who fought the military to bring democracy to Nigeria

Tinubu's house was blown up by the military and that is the reason he does not have old pictures.
He was penniless at some point and granted asylum to the UK with a Visa on a piece of paper(Not a Passport)

For Peter Obi to have added the drug case to the presidential petition is just spiteful.

Peter Obi has cases to answer about
1. The people that were killed in his state whose bodies were dumped in Ezu River while he was governor which led to Endsars (Ironically Endsars supporters were brainwashed to become his supporter as obidient movement)

2. The money he took from Anambra and invested in his private business making beer
3. The Pandora paper which shows his tax evasion as a sitting governor hiding money in Panama
You know you can apply to be joined or better still, apply to the court as an amicus curae
Politics › Re: Full Report Of Peter Obi & Labour Party's Petition To Elections Tribunal by hardbody: 8:07pm On Mar 21, 2023
Larryhoover:
With this petition, the case has ended even before it started.

On what ground would you say INEC should disqualify a candidate and not eligible to contest.

That INEC should disregard the vote of the 1st and 2nd respondent, and hence declare the 1st petitioner as the winner. Then what should Atiku that came 2nd with over 6.8m votes do?

I think some SANs need to think deeply before filing a petition because these are pre-election matters that is the responsibility of the party not the opposition.

Well, it would be interesting to see the outcome of the Tribunal but honestly I expected something solid from the Obi's legal team and not this joke.
You just reviewed the reliefs sought not the body of the application. The crime he committed in the US formed part of the grounds in the petition. Let us see how it pans out. Even if the declaration does not favour LP, at least let it not be for lack of trying. We still run a democracy and rule of law.

FYI, Tinubu has been compensated with Lagos, but you see Aso rock, he won't be there. Unfortunately, for you guys, there are "tons" of evidence that will nail Tinubu.

Some of you are saying that Supreme court will be afraid of the consequences of rulling against Tinubu. Lol, wake up because nothing will happen. Even his agberos can't do anything.

Once the supreme court announces that Peter Obi is the actual winner of the election, there would be massive jubilation and people will hit the streets all over the country. Even Tinubu's agberos will be so overwhelmed that they will just hide.

Atiku's withdrawal from the case now makes it very easy for the judges.

Even Ngige has warned you guys not to underestimate Obi but obviously, you people didn't heed his advise. Ask those that know Obi, he hates waste. If Obi isn't convinced that he has a very strong case, he would have withdrawn just like Atiku did.

Again, his words during a recent interview shows how optimistic he is. Obi stated and I quote "... There is no way they (the judges) will rule that APC won the election, if they do that it can only mean that Nigeria is a criminal state....".

So, when I see you Tinubu supporters lamenting over Obi, I understand the fear, anxiety and foreboding deep within your souls.
I doubt Atiku withdrew in totality. I think there is an aspect of the application which has been overtaken by events and the right thing was to apply for discontinuance of that application. I may be wrong but if he has completely withdrawn, I have not read or heard about that.

She has a chain on her leg and not her brain. I know a GM who puts on leg chain and she is ta very smart woman.

It's just as some companies won't take you for using Hijab, the head is covered and not the brain.

We need to have a paradigm shift in our mindset and focus on what is most important.

And if at all a company sees it as being against their culture, is it not better it is discussed with the candidate at the interview.

But I have a question, did the company told the candidate that you did well but because you are putting on a leg chain we can't hire you. We need to be careful with how we get one sided reports
Simple solution would be to communicate that the dress code to the employee.
You reject a good fit cos of leg chain.
Next thing they will employ the incompetent person who wore suit and tie. What is the goal really?
Also what is the meaning of leg chain in Nigeria?
Our mothers proudly wore beads on their wrists, legs, waist and necks so what changed? How did they suddenly become evil in Africa huh
All is well
The standard thing is to look the part of the corporate culture of your potential employer. If in doubt, dress purely corporate. No one faults that.
