Guys:

1) btw 20-25 Determine your purpose in life. Then work towards achieving it...have a dream: having built d castle on air, ur duty thereafter is to lay d foundation n build up to that dream.
......a wise man once said : determine what u want in life and pay any price to achieving it.
.......if ur dream don't scare u, it ain't big enough
.......no matter what u wano be, life would always accommodate u.

Having a dream is like a missile programed for a target , no ma how far the target or how it may twist n turn, the missile acquires it, n takes it out.

Not having a dream is like driving a high end, super turbo charger ride thru d fog, u can't but to slowly.

Pep Guardiola: I want to manage Manchester United
PEP GUARDIOLA has stated his desire to manage Manchester United in a new book.

The former Barcelona coach was considered as a potential successor to Sir Alex Ferguson when he was on his sabbatical.

Guardiola, who is currently contracted with the Bundesliga champions until 2016, says he imagines taking over the reins at United one day.

In his new book 'Pep Confidential', author Marti Perarnau wrote: "A year before, in late July 2011, not long after a resounding 3-1 victory in the Champions League final against Manchester United at Wembley, Barcelona competed in the Audi Cup in Munich.

"Pep liked the set-up at Säbener Strasse [Bayern's training complex], despite the fact that it was smaller than Barça's training ground and had fewer technical facilities.

"The Catalan was impressed and told Manel Estiarte [his personal assistant] privately: "I like this place. I could see myself coaching here one day. Pep had said something very similar a few months before, at Manchester United.

Champions League semi-final, Guardiola and Estiarte travelled to Manchester to watch their next opponent in action.

"It was May 4, 2011, and the pair sat together in the stands of Old Trafford watching Sir Alex Ferguson's team beat Schalke 4-1. Once again Pep had turned to his friend and said: ‘I like this atmosphere. I could see myself coaching here one day.'

"Guardiola has always felt a deep admiration, almost veneration, for the legendary teams and players of Europe."

When asked about his aspirations to manage United, Guardiola added: "I am here. I am at Bayern and I want to stay two more years here."

Man Utd Transfer News: £48m Vidal bid
MANCHESTER UNITED have been told to cough up £48million for Juventus star Arturo Vidal

The Chilean midfielder looks set to leave Italy in January after a number of run-ins with the club's hierarchy, and Louis Van Gaal was hoping to wrap up a deal worth around £30million for services.

However, Real Madrid are also interested in signing Vidal as they look to replace the outgoing Sami Khedira, and Juventus have taken advantage of the situation by upping their asking price by a staggering £18million.

Van Gaal will be hoping he can still pull off a deal for the star after Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola revealed he would like to manage United in the near future.

The former Barcelona man was linked with the job before taking the reigns in Germany, but could be set for a sensational switch once Van Gaal's time at Old Trafford is over.

One player who feels it is his right to be in England is Radamel Falcao, with the striker revealing that his great-grandfather was born in Yorkshire.

The Colombian also claims that he tried to get a British passport when he was 13, but was rejected by the embassy.

MANCHESTER UNITED is the Biggest club in the
WORLD" I said; 1. Ac Milan didn't qualify for
europe and no one talks about it. 2. Dortmund is
3points from the bottom no one talks about it. 3.
Monaco has started so badly this year no one
noticed. 4. Madrid lost 2consecutives Laliga
games,it wasn't on front pages of newspapers. 5.
PSG are 8points behind leaders mersielle I doubt
if many knows of this. 6. Everton have won just
1match this season,no one cares(neither do I). 7.
Sceiszny of Arsenal was shown RED to lastweek
but if you didn't watch the game you won't hear
of it. BUT as little as MAN UTD players eating in a
resturant gets on everyone's lips or loses a single

Simply means u can now rock your phone while on board an airplane unlike b4 u r forced to switch it off or activate flight mode. Some airlines now even offer WiFi in flight both paid n free depending on d airline

U dig?
Travel › Phone In Flight: The Dawn Of A New Age by HARDDON(op):
Qelcome to d future!:

Planes have traditionally been a connectivity-free zone, but new rules from the European Aviation Safety Agency allow mobile devices to be left switched on during flights.

Before the rules were relaxed in September mobile devices on all flights had to be turned off or switched to flight mode before take-off.

The change clears the way for airlines to allow passengers to use their mobile phone plan to make calls and use data via satellite, but it appears carriers have been slow to implement it.

Of the airlines included in the study, six are allowing travellers to use their phones (Aer Lingus, Emirates, Etihad, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines and Virgin Atlantic), and one (Lufthansa) is allowing text messages only.

Travellers should be careful before they start calling their friends on the ground or using their data, however, because they risk being hit with a massive bill. Prices depend on their provider’s international rates.

They not only allow phones, they also provide WiFi services !

It’s one of the fastest growing demands from travellers but many airlines are still not offering on-board wifi for their passengers, according to a study that identifies some of the cheapest rates.

Of those who are allowing fliers to stay connected, many are charging a hefty fee for each hour of use or for the duration of the entire trip.

Analysis by Cheapflights.co.uk revealed that Middle Eastern carriers Emirates and Etihad are charging the lowest tariffs at around £1.70 and £3.10 per hour, respectively.

Of the 20 carriers included in the study, Turkish Airlines is the only one that does not charge a fee for wifi, while nine do not offer it at all.

Monarch Airlines charges £3.99 per person per flight.
On the pricier end of the scale, Aer Lingus, Air France and KLM charge approximately £8.65 for a single hour of in-flight wifi.

A recent survey of 1,073 adults in the UK found that 70 per cent of passengers want to remain connected to simply pass the time, stay in touch with family and friends or complete business work

You owe no one apologies doesnt mean you should treat them bad. Why accept/add them if you know you wont talk to them? why stress it? In as much as I agree that its your choice to reply and talk to male folks, ignoring their message is rude, I wonder which society you grew up in that made you think its normal.
